"Every time I'm in Chicago I go to Jacks. The service and bar tenders are fun and friendly. You can't go wrong with the menu. Fish specials are great choice. I am partial to the hamburger. Thanks Jack!!!"

The menu is written daily with core items, some prepared tableside, which reflect the Ralph Lauren "aspirational lifestyle." The food is not based on how exotic the chef can appear with his creativity, but on how finely tuned & balanced are his compositions -- renditions of ideas that have a history on the American Table. ****Please note that reservations are for dining room only. "We had lunch at the bar. Terry the bartender was excellent. He hooked us up with some great cocktail ideas. The charcuterie plate was excellent. I had the Tuna Niçoise salad. One of the best I've had. Thanks for a great afternoon."

An energetic, desert-casual atmosphere and great American modern food at reasonable prices - A place where anyone can come in, sit down and feel at home. Where the locals hangout, eat, drink and have fun. Experience Cocktail hour in the bar from 11am-7pm, $3 Well, $5 Martini's, Margarita's, Mojitos and featuring The Uptown Design District 3 course prix fixe for only $19 from 11am to 6pm 7 days a week.

As soon as you walk through the doors of The Grill on the Alley in Chicago, you are transported to another time and place reminiscent of the great American grills of yesteryear. The unique decor has an elegant feel with its polished hard wood floors, leather banquettes, and white linen tablecloths. A virtual art gallery adorns the walls of our many dining rooms while the sounds of Ella Fitzgerald linger in the background as white-jacketed waiters attend to your every need. <br /><br><br><br />Since opening in June 2000, this high-end steak and seafood house has made its mark on Chicago with locals, and tourists alike. The Grill has become one of the most popular places to gather for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and all types of special occasions. Located on the floor level of the Westin Hotel, The Grill on the Alley is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Chicago with easy access to the McCormick Place Convention Center, shops, museums and theaters.

From the team behind Blackbird and avec comes this homage to beer, pork, and fish. Executive Chef Paul Kahan and Chef de Cuisine Cosmo Goss have developed a network of proveyors to supply the restaurant with hand-selected, sustainably-harvested fish and seafood as well as sustainably-raised heirloom pork to anchor a rustic menu of simple, eclectic fare. The extensive international beer list, developed by partners Eduard Seitan and Terry Alexander, features 100 or so ales, lagers, stouts and ciders by the bottle, 12 of those available on tap. Like Blackbird and avec, The Publican is a design partnership from the James Beard Award-winning team of Thomas Schlesser and partner Donnie Madia.

Delphine offers Contemporary American cuisine that is California inspired with a focus on fresh, organic ingredients. The menu features a selection of starters from the house favorite kale salad and charred brussels sprouts to entree specialties like the famous Delphine Burger, 12oz bone-in filet, and seared Maine diver scallops. Delphine also has a separate bar menu available all night in addition to Happy Hour daily from 5-7 in the bar area.

This beautifully redesigned island seafood restaurant features locally caught fish fresh from the auction using high heat aromatic herb roasting or prepared with authentic local tropical flavors. A carefully chosen wine list accents the delicate seafood flavors. Open only in the evenings the venue spills out towards the Pacific with views of the water from nearly every vantage point.
