The Cavalier is an all-day London-inspired brasserie, located in the new Hotel Zetta.

This is the third property for restaurateurs Anna Weinberg, James Nicholas & Chef Jennifer Puccio; the team behind Marlowe and Park Tavern. The team has collaborated with award winning San Francisco designer Ken Fulk, who has revamped the interior in deep leather banquettes, polished brass, zinc and white marble, giving it a posh and sultry feel.

"I like almost all things British, so I looked forward to dining at Cavalier. The appetizers -- the Cavalier salad and the special chips with drippings -- were excellent. Our main courses -- the fish and chips, and the mushroom pie -- were also pretty good. The two desserts were, however, a disappointment. I love trifle and was excited to have their version with pears , but it was cold and soggy and the consistency was strange. My friend had another dessert -- I can't even remember exactly what it was -- but she was also disappointed. The service was attentive and good. The atmosphere was warm, comfortable, and welcoming. So overall -- despite the disappointing dessert -- we enjoyed the dinner at Cavalier. I am not sure, though, that I would go out of my way to go there again."

Winner of a coveted Michelin Star 4 years running, Campton Place Restaurant is an oasis of exceptional service and extraordinary cuisine just steps from Union Square.
A landmark dining destination for over two decades, Chef Srijith Gopinathan continues the legacy of the country’s most renowned chefs who have called Campton Place home. Chef Sri’s sophisticated cooking style combines French classical techniques with local, seasonal ingredients and global flavors, particularly those from South Asia.

Master Sommelier Richard Dean (one of only 135 Master Sommeliers in the US) expertly pairs wines from one of the city’s most valuable cellars.

Our serene dining room provides the perfect backdrop for a power breakfast, a lunchtime escape from the bustling shopping district, or a special dinner celebration.
