Clement seamlessly blends an elegantly modern aesthetic for Chef de Cuisine Brandon Kida’s Contemporary American cuisine focusing on locally-sourced ingredients from the Northeast. Located in the Forbes Five Star-rated Peninsula New York hotel, Clement overlooks bustling Fifth Avenue. Designed by the international award-winning design firm, Yabu Pushelberg, the restaurant feels like a quintessential New York home, with different rooms that cater to a range of moods, desires and occasions. Private and semi-private dining areas are available.

Adjacent to Clement, The Bar offers a bewitching menu of suggested and made-to-order cocktails, a selection of wines and champagnes available by the glass, and small plates echoing the Clement menu with a touch of an Asian influence as a nod to the hotel company’s heritage.

Opened in late February of 2013, just off the green in historic Morristown, Washington St. Bistro is a reflection upon the culinary traditions and influences of Gen. George Washington as well as those of our Founding Fathers, while employing today's cooking techniques. Having been described as ‘Inspired Colonial Fare’, the seasonal, creative and inventive menu offers a range of distinctive flavors one can enjoy. The walls of this 40-seat American Bistro display the works of local artists and creates an ambiance that is both warm and inviting. Washington St. Bistro, a BYO restaurant, is open for lunch and dinner.

"Not your typical hotel restaurant. Serious cooking is happening, with an excellent wine list to go along. We New Yorkers need to get over our hang-up about dining in a "hotel" restaurant and try this one."

Experience traditional Japanese dining in a beautiful, authentic Japanese restaurant located in the West Village of Manhattan. We offer the rich traditions of Japanese home cooking with Chef Abe Hiroki’s modern approach to Washoku, a relaxed style of dining centered around a procession of small plates. Like we do in Japan, we cook with the seasons, and savor the peak flavor of ingredients.

We adhere to the fundamentals of Japanese cooking: respecting the ingredients and their natural flavors, cooking in the moment, and not doing too much. We have created an extensive menu, featuring dishes as fresh tofu (prepared six times a night), Saikyo Miso Black Cod, stone grilled Washugyu steaks, an assortment of sashimi and sushi and a signature EN Kaiseki set menu, a sequence of eight extraordinary presentations. To compliment your dining experience, we have developed an extensive list of small-batch, artisanal sake and shochu to complement your dining experience.

The Cosentino’s firmly believe in creating an exceptional fine dining experience through utilization of the finest ingredients available. The term ‘modern American’ is meant to reflect freedom from ethnic constraints. The restaurant menu features ingredients and techniques from many different cultures. Chef Tony uses the finest cheeses available such as Maytag blue cheese, Tillamook cheddar and Reggiano. No hydrogenated oils or margarine are used on the premise, only extra virgin olive oil and real butter. Local seasonal and organic produce is utilized whenever available. The menu is frequently updated to showcase the best produce and seafood the season has to offer. This also serves to keep things fresh while allowing the chef room for creative freedom. The wine list is continuously added to, in order to complement the menu to the fullest. Josephine’s also features a full bar with excellent cocktails, martinis and an extensive beer list.

Piccola Cucina Spring Street was the second US restaurant for Piccola Cucina and opened in Januray 2013 in the heart of Soho. Friendly service with a buzzy atmosphere, all in a typical Italian restaurant setting. It is matched by home cooking like you would expect to eat in Italy which is one of the keys to the success of the restaurant. Great care is taken by the chef in choosing the freshest ingredients according to season.
