"Have enjoyed Anzu more than once before matinees at ACT. Food is good, not overpriced, and atmosphere is the quietest in neighborhood. Like the Asian influence on the menu."

An "Osteria" is traditionally a gathering place or tavern and Osteria Cucina Toscana certainly lives up to this meaning with the casual atmosphere and consistency of food/service. Family owned for over twenty years, we bring a taste of Northern Italy to San Francisco"s Presidio Heights neighborhood.

Terzo Piano, located on the 3rd floor of the Modern Wing of the Art Institute of Chicago, is a must stop for lunch daily and Thursday dinner. It features the signature cuisine of Chef Tony Mantuano, who has been delighting Chicagoans for years at the four-star Italian restaurant, Spiaggia. The food is all fresh, local, organic and sustainably produced. In season, you may also dine al fresco on the covered piazza, while enjoying spectacular views of Millennium Park and the Chicago skyline.

Terzo Piano is open to the public without requiring admission to the Art Institute.

Guests may access the restaurant either via the Nichols Bridge which extends from Millennium Park and places you right at the restaurants entrance or off of the Monroe Drive entrance of Art Institute and take the elevator to the third floor

"Terzo Piano has a changing seasonal menu. Very fresh, well prepard, attractive. The restaurant is beautiful - simple, modern, bright. It's a treat for me to go there whenever I am visiting family in Chicago."

"The food at Dosa is always wonderful. Because we went in early and emphasized the hard of hearing 50% of our party of 4, they seated us, as we had requested, in a corner, which was adequate as far as noise was concerned. Generaly, it's a very noisy place, but the food is unbeatable. We all had the summer tasting menu - way too much food. Took home last untouched course and enjoyed a good dinner next night."
