Under the direction of new owner Frank Dougherty, the legendary Knife & Fork has just completed an extensive renovation aimed at restoring and enhancing this Atlantic City landmark. Featuring a brand new, state-of-the-art kitchen, expanded bar and lounge area, as well as ocean views from the main dining rooms, the Knife & Fork is once again the place to see and be seen in Atlantic City. The Knife & Fork's new menu, featuring the finest steaks and seafood prepared on a wood-fired grill, is complemented by an extensive wine list and 10,000 bottle wine "cellar." The Knife & Fork is now offering lunch every Friday from 11:30-4:30 pm. It's the perfect spot to celebrate the end of the work week or get a jump start on your weekend. The Dougherty family, owners of the other Atlantic City dining landmark, Dock's Oyster House, invite you to visit them at their newest location

Mussel Bar & Grille at Revel is Chef Robert Wiedmaier’s first extension of the popular gastro-pub outside the Washington, DC metro area. Paying homage to Wiedmaier's roots, the inspiration draws from an old-world Belgian roadhouse serving Bière, Moules & Frites, and other continental favorites along with a Belgian centric beer list. Mussel Bar & Grille blends the comfort of a pub, live rock and roll, the energy of a sports bar, and commitment to culinary excellence to raise "eating at the bar" to a whole new level. Chef Wiedmaier presents a menu that pairs his fine dining talent with a respect for his featured ingredient, mussels, in serving up sophisticated comfort food. With over 150 bottled beers most of which are exclusively carried, and 33 taps; Mussel Bar & Grille rocks the Revel dining experience.

Charlie Palmer's signature Progressive American cuisine first took root in the original townhouse location of Aureole, where the chef made an early commitment to farm over factory food. Today, Aureole continues to shine at One Bryant Park under the kitchen leadership of Executive Chef Marcus Gleadow-Ware. Dining at the contemporary Aureole is staged in two venues: the formal Dining Room and more casual Bar Room. In the Dining Room, terra-rich colors and golden lighting combine to create a comfortable environment and opulent warm glow, reminiscent of Aureole’s original townhouse intimacy. Evening guests may select from a 3-course prix fixe or tasting dinner menu. For lunch, a seasonal 3-course prix fixe menu is available as well as a la carte selections. Reservations can be made here for the Dining Room only. To reserve in our more casual bar room, please visit Aureole - Liberty Room.

Bistrot La Minette is the realization of Chef Peter Woolsey's dream that began a decade ago during his earliest days studying in France: to create a restaurant that would share his love of the authentic bistrot experience with his fellow Philadelphians. Chef Peter pays great respect to the traditional dishes that he creates and honors the classical French methods required to achieve unparalleled bistrot cuisine. Both savory and pastry menus are ever evolving to reflect the seasons, the availability of the best ingredients and the inspiration of the chef. They are drawn from the various regions of France and the multitude of delicacies that each has to offer. The service is both efficient and warm, rooted in a foundation of hospitality and caring for our guests. Our goal is for Bistrot La Minette to be accessible to all guests that enjoy superb food and wine, and the company of their companions: hoping to evoke their best memories-or dreams-of traditional French bistrot dining.

"For our 3rd wedding anniversary, I knew I could count on Bistrot La Minette to deliver. From the bartender, to our server to the kitchen, we were taken care of far beyond what I was expecting or hoping for. This will always be a very special restaurant to us! Thank you for a great evening!"
