In Riva is the first venture by Philadelphia-born chef Arthur Cavaliere who has combined the similarities of his two favorite cities—Naples and Philadelphia—to deliver an unparalleled culinary experience. Sticking with the Italian translation of its name, In Riva is located "along the banks" of the Schuylkill River in East Falls.

In Riva is a Southern Italian inspired restaurant with urban flair, specializing in Napoletana style pizza, house-made pasta and contemporary antipasti. In Riva also offers an eclectic array of new and old world wines, Italian craft beers and racy specialty cocktails.
At Avance Chef Justin Bogle finds innovative ways to excite his diners with a progressive approach to modern American cuisine. The menu, inspired by foods of the season, is constantly changing. The downstairs bar offers a great place to come in from the cold and try a phenomenal cocktail or spirit. With a wine list of over 500 bottles, a wonderful beer selection, and a la carte or tasting menu options diners will amazed by what they are offered when they step into what is expected to be the next great restaurant in Philadelphia.

"Avance is a New York restaurant in Philly. As a former Philadelphia chef, I do not like to take away from Philadelphia restaurants/chefs by assuming that top New York restaurants will outperform Philadelphia restaurants, but its an underlying feeling that is slowly being remedied by experiences like Avance. All I can say is you are in good hands no matter who your server is (especially Kane), and no matter what you order, you are sure to be impressed. Ask for suggestions, as they are not going to steer you wrong. And if there is duck on the menu, in whatever form, make sure someone is ordering it!"

Serpico is a collaboration between James Beard award-winning chef Peter Serpico and restaurateur Stephen Starr. Located on South Street, the 60-seater will have a true neighborhood feel, with cozy booths, counter seating and a small bar at which the full menu will be available.

Serving dinner only, the cuisine is ingredient-driven offering a seasonally evolving menu of playful yet familiar takes on global fare. A small hand-picked list of food-friendly wines will perfectly complement the menu and a quality cocktail program will focus on boutique spirits.

The Farm and Fisherman Tavern & Market is the second iteration of Chef/Owner Josh & Colleen Lawler's established restaurant in Philadelphia. In partnership with Chef Todd Fuller, they aspire to pair preparations of regional produce and proteins with carefully-selected wine, spirits, and local drafts in a comfortable, family friendly, tavern environment. Additionally, the attached market will focus on house-made or locally- sourced products including meat, cheese, baked goods, condiments, coffee, wine and beer.
