Louie's Italian Restaurant & Bar
Celebrates Italian Fare With Neighborhood Appeal
Italian cuisine is known for its depth and variety of flavors, fresh ingredients, and classic comfort. Its diverse appeal, from tastes and textures to styles and regions, make Italian cuisine a family favorite. When Ron Rosa with the new managment introduced Louie's Italian Restaurant & Bar, in 2008, he set out to capture the essence of his favorite Brooklyn neighborhood restaurants from his childhood. This Italian restaurant located in Cos Cob, Connecticut embodies just this; a classic family style Italian restaurant that pays tribute to Rosa's favorite Uncle Louie, for whom the restaurant is named.
Lexington Square Cafe invites guests into a vast space that combines cosmopolitan chic with a friendly atmosphere. Its distinct decor exudes elegance and warmth, so it accommodates the needs of its patrons, formal and informal. A spacious main dining room with a 17-foot high ceiling and different tiers provides guests with various dining niches. Cherry wood wine racks, alabaster lighting and a grand, sweeping staircase add to Lexington Square's sumptuousness. An upstairs, warm dining room with butternut squash walls and cozy booths is perfect for those who prefer a little more intimacy. Still another option during the warmth of spring, summer and fall is a private, flowery patio for casual al fresco dining. Chef Gerald Alcin has created a menu that has "SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE". The most popular items on his menu are Thai Lettuce Wraps, Grilled Lobster "Mojito", Chopped Salad(#1 Seller), King Salmon Club, Sesame Crusted Sea Scallops & 20oz. Brown Sugar Rubbed Shell Steak.

"There wasn't anything bad at the Octogon. The services was good and the ambiance was okay. For some rason I just expected more. A more interesting menu that reflects the location in a Marriott. The cuisine and tastes was not very tasty. It just wasn't memorable."

Opening in 2006, Liv’s Oyster Bar quickly became a dining destination in Old Saybrook. Inspired by his daughter, Olivia, and years of experience in the restaurant industry, owner John Brescio set out with a desire to welcome the community to his family’s table. Dining at Liv’s, whether in the main room, at the bar, or on the patio, is an experience to be savored with friends and family long after summer on the shoreline has past. The combination of easy comfort and really good food makes Liv’s Oyster Bar in Old Saybrook such a find' - The NY Times.

The Rye Grill and Bar reopened to large crowds in January 2009 after a major renovation that boasts four separate dining rooms, fireplaces and a front porch. Long-time patrons will be relieved to know that it's still the casual neighborhood spot they've always loved. The Grill offers the same friendly service and menu favorites that made it a crowd pleaser for fifteen years, from it's fried calamari, Cajun chicken quesadillas and 4-layer dip to its salads, pizzas, sandwiches, sliders and burgers. Popular entrees include the Rye Grill's signature farfalle with hot Italian sausage, pan roasted filet mignon, pot chicken and fish selections. Guests may have drinks and appetizers in its lively mahogany bar room on the first floor or enjoy a bit more quiet at the nautical themed bar upstairs. Dining room options accommodate all for, dinner and private parties. Valet parking is available at lunch during the week.

Centrally located on Route 9 in scenic Irvington, this bustling restaurant entices it's guests with an eclectic menu of creatively presented seasonal dishes. A major interior renovation this past summer reveals earth tones and a rustic chic look. The new bar room has seating for up to 30. A creative drink menu & a global wine list round out the experience.

Eat like royalty in Boston’s most famous castle.

Indulge your senses and sense of history with the unique dining experience of our Boston steakhouse. Located in a historic stone and brick “castle” built in 1891, the structure originally served as the headquarters for the First Corps of Cadets and is listed on the National Historic Register. The first floor gunroom, social hall, and museum floor have been converted to the main dining room. The castle also boasts an impressive collection of private dining rooms, and the fourth floor Battle Room is one of Boston’s most coveted locations for large parties.

In search of a sun soaked patio, a truly unique dining experience or just an engaging place to socialize, the Granary Tavern on the Greenway is the answer. A place where rustic and modern elements meld seamlessly to create a casually-stylish environment. Located at the end of Milk Street, the newest addition to the Glynn Hospitality Group portfolio of restaurants and iconic hotspots is certain to impress. Making its home in the Charles Bulfinch designed building constructed in 1816, this 250 seat restaurant has two floors, two bars, exposed kitchen, patio, and panoramic al fresco style windows. The informal and welcoming atmosphere is reaffirmed with the gastronomic offerings. Locavore"s will relish the fact there is an emphasis on Slow Food principles, fresh seafood, farmer's market produce and dynamic presentations. There is a focus on healthy preparations and locally sourced ingredients; simple comfort food concepts enhanced by contemporary accompaniments.
