Samantha's Reviews

Intimate Italian dining in the North End. Large open front overlooking all the action on Hanover St, the main street in the North End. Marble tables, brick walls, large Black and White photos of the family in Sicily. This is truly like taking a trip to an Italian restaurant in a little Italian village. The menu offers a combination of the styles of the Chef / Owner's family, and modern inspiration and applications. We are always striving to keep our food fresh, flavorful and true to our culinary traditions.

"My husband and I took our two children (5 and 8) here for dinner on a Saturday night. We arrived 15 minutes prior to our reservation and were seated immediately. Our waiter was friendly. personable, and attentive without hovering, as well as great with our kids. We ordered the fried calamari for appetizer, and it was hands-down the best fried calamari I've ever had. I ordered the gnocchi al forno, my husband ordered the crazy alfredo, my son (8 years old) ordered the rollati di pasta, and my daughter (5 years old) ordered the side dish of ziti with tomato sauce. The portions were generous, and the food itself was delicious. Even my daughter's simple side dish was layered with flavors. Highly recommended!"
