'Emilio's is a real hometown favorite among locals who stop in for a quick slice of pizza to go, or to sit at one of the high-top tables in the dining room and enjoy freshly prepared dishes like fried calamari, eggplant rolatini, and grilled chicken parmigiana. ' -Commack Patch

"We have always enjoyed the food at Emilio's. Sauces are indeed different as described. HOWEVER, we made a reservation on open table and waited over 1/2 hour past our reservation time. We were told that despite the open table reservation that 1. we were considered a walk-in, so in line with everyone else, especially because 2. our party of five-yes, 5-was considered a large party. This restaurant should not be allowed to be on OPEN TABLE, if they just use it to get you in and do not honor your reservation when they are busy. What's the point? I asked to speak to the manager, but despite being told that he would come out to our table, he never appeared. We will have to find a more accommodating Open Table Restaurant that honors reservations."

"We were a party of seven, and enjoyed our dining experience. The entres were excellent, back up from above average at the same place previously. The degree of cooking for the steaks was precise, and the sauces ( Kona sauce and the wine sauce) were excellent.
My only issue with the event was the table itself. It was a large table, could probably do up to 10 and was placed at the beginning of the glass portion of the building. As such, it appeared to be added on, and was partly in the aisle. This inconvienced the waitstaff, as well as made it mildly uncomfortable for the people sitting on the side sticking out into the aisle.
