The memorable Northern Italian Cuisine makes this Upper East Side restaurant special. The Spaghetti Lobster is the classic signature dish of this Mediterranean treasure. The Wine Spectator awarded extensive and serious wine menu is carefully selected by owner Enrico Proietti. Very often a private wine tasting is happening at the corner table
making the wine list more notable every season. The one of a kind brick oven offers a variety of dishes, exceptional pizza and foccacina rabbiola that is hard to find in this city. For something sweeter-the deserts are impressive! The atmosphere is charming in this power playing neighborhood.

"Perfect place for a late lunch at the bar. The bartenders are always convivial and the food is very good (artichoke salad, linguini alla vongole). Nice wine selection too!"

Cafe SFA is a hidden gem nestled on the 8th floor of the iconic flagship Saks Fifth Avenue store. Chef Alex Reyes' menu is fresh and seasonal with daily specials served alongside an inventive selection of entrees, salads, and sandwiches. A stylish and comfortable interior features bird's-eye views of Rockefeller Center and St. Patrick's Cathedral. Café SFA is a popular midtown business lunch spot and a favorite destination for shoppers and international visitors. Private events are also a specialty and Café SFA can host functions of all types and sizes at several locales in the store.

Located at Second Avenue and 66th Street, Mediterraneo is the epitome of style and fine Italian cuisine. Here the Florentine and Tuscan heritage of the owners, Massimo Stocchi and Vito Mezzatesta, translate into a menu filled with fragrant aromas and flavors spectacular enough to sate the most sophisticated palate.

With a focus on local products and seasonal produce Nick & Toni's Cafe Manhattan prepares fresh food simply. We source locally whenever possible and shop the NYC Green markets with twice-weekly visits to our neighbors at the Tucker Square market and others the including Union Square and Ft. Greene markets.

The wood fired oven puts out perfectly crispy pizzas everyday at lunch and Sun-Thurs at dinner. Friday & Saturday nights be prepared for a special treat because, although there are no pizzas, many house specialties such as the Roasted Chicken, Whole Fish of the Day, or Scallops are prepared in the wood oven.

We have a diverse and high quality selection of wines by the glass, and a moderately priced wine list. We also feature a full bar and an extensive cocktail list including a number of house infused alcohols that suit the seasons.

** For reservations of parties of 5 or more please call the restaurant directly.

"this restaurant is usually noisy and packed, so I was a bit surprised that last saturday it was not busy (oh, the joys of the city when everyone leaves for the weekend!). Since the weather was cooler, we were able to sit outside and had a pleasant, if somewhat unmemorable, meal. I had the pasta bolognese, my friend has the pasta special - both nice dishes, but non-spectacular (confession - I eat at Lupa often, so my pasta standards have been elevated)"
