Laporta’s restaurant is the ideal place for extraordinary food in a casual, comfortable setting. Laporta’s has an attentively serviced contemporary dining room perfect for a romantic evening out or any other special occasion, combined with an adjoining intimate Jazz lounge. Relax and listen to the live jazz featured nightly. The lounge has the warmth and friendly feel of a local’s bar yet with the same excellence of service and consistency of food quality that defines our dining room and exemplifies the restaurant as a whole. The menu features inventive fresh seafoods and hearty pastas complemented by the provincial-style desserts of Margaret Laporta.

Virtue is a modern American tavern located near the Potomac River in Old Town, Alexandria. Our menu offers an array of farm-fresh food and refreshing cocktails to please your tastebuds, and a vibrant atmosphere to make for an enjoyable dining experience at any time of day! Housed in a historic feed & grain warehouse from the late 1800s, Virtue's stunning rustic modern decor is sure to impress.

"Arrived early and were told we would have to wait for our reservation. The bar was packed so bartenders had a difficult time hearing us as the place is unbearably noisy. The warehouse setting is great, but not for intimate dining. It is a young crowd here and caters to bar business. Finally got our table and were seated at a high top in the upstairs bar area. There were three group parties around us so we had to move as it was way to loud to even talk to each other. We were moved, but not without being told what a problem it was causing the restaurant. Food was wonderful, but servers are young and not attentive. Long wait for cocktails during the dinner. What a shame that such a nice atmosphere and menu is ruined by the noise."

"It was our second time at TJ Stones, but we were not disappointed. Food was very good and of good quality. Portions were nice and we enjoyed ourselves dining from the St. Patrick's day menu. We saw other items coming to various tables around us and all of the food really was presented nicely and looked very appetizing. Service was a little off, but the restaurant was busy for the celebration. We will definitely return back and hope to sit next to the fireplace in the future."

LINCOLN is an expression of artistic collaborations in gastronomy, mixology and design.
Savor our seasonal American small plate menu crafted from fresh ingredients supplied by local & regional farms. LINCOLN pays tribute to one of our greatest US Presidents, with nods to many of his favorite foods including oysters, gingerbread and chicken pot pie.
If you’re thirsty for cocktails that are truly one-of-a-kind, our barkeeps, have created one of the city’s freshest bar programs highlighted by mason jars featuring infused bourbons and DC's first moonshine-list served in antique-style copper cups. In warm weather months enjoy our patio offering panoramic views of DC’s urban landscape.
Original paintings and a distinctive interior design by homegrown pop artist, Maggie O’Neill make LINCOLN a feast for the senses at Lunch, happy hour, dinner, brunch or after dark.
"Take some of your friends and head to Lincoln. We dined as a group of four and all of the various courses that we had on the menu were delightful. Portions are met to be shared as food will arrive to the table as it is prepared by the kitchen. The potato leek soup, deviled eggs, kale salad and any of the vegetable dishes were gone within minutes. The flavors in these dishes were a great way to start the meal. The small entrees we shared of fish, scallops and short ribs all had wonderful flavors and completed our meal. Don't pass up the wonderful house cocktails as the MaiTai that I had was just as good as sitting on the beach in Honolulu. Service was attentive and pleasant. Make sure Lincoln is on your list when dining in DC."

Located in the West End of Alexandria, Clyde's at Mark Center is open for lunch and dinner daily, and Sunday Brunch. Stroll by the koi pond at the entrance, and choose from a number of interesting and comfortable rooms - the Adirondack room, with its own fireplace, twig lamps and cozy booths; the Chesapeake room, reminiscent of a duck hunting lodge on the Eastern Shore; the Newport room, with decor in keeping with the yachting world; the Crew Bar with its raw bar; and the Straight Wharf Bar, with its enclosed patio and whimsical Nantucket-style decor. Dine on a bacon cheeseburger, Maine lobster in season, or Wild Alaska Salmon in the summer months. Visit for happy hour and enjoy our Afternoon Delights menu of discounted Clyde's favorites like crab dip and a jumbo lump crabcake. Serving a late-night menu seven nights a week. Oyster Happy Mon-Fri 4-7pm and 10pm-midnight, with all raw bar items half price.

"Clyde's at Mark Center is hit or miss. We have dined here numerous times and had wonderful experiences.
This evening's dining experience was not up to par. Our server was very gracious; however, service was disappointing. Cocktails took to long to arrive and courses were not properly timed. My partner enjoyed his soup, brussel sprout/fennel salad and rockfish. However, my steakhouse burger was undercooked and even when returned was still not up to par. Fries with the burger had been cooked for some time and were soggy. Fresh tasty fries arrived when the burger was recooked. The red velvet cake for dessert was not fresh and had been sitting perhaps a day to long in the icebox. We like Clyde's, but wish it was more consistent.

"Food was good, but not the best Mexican we have had. Service was on and off and the restaurant was not that busy. We would go back and try the place again, but there are so many nice Mexican restaurants in the area. You need to be top notch the first time around for diners to return and unfortunately, Rio Azul was not. Perhaps it was an off night for the restaurant, but my pork dish was dry and overcooked. The steak fajitas and fish dish that my friends had were good and we loved the margaritas."

"You cannot go wrong at Lulu's. The food is very delightful and service attentive. The $19.99 deal for dinner (3 courses) is a wonderful way to sample Lulu's and very good bargain. We all dined on the special and all raved about the quality and amount of food for three courses. Drinks/wine are also a nicely chosen.
It was our third time here when visiting the area and we would highly recommend Lulu's and will return when in the area again."

"A nice fine for lunch and sitting outside people watching in downtown Palm Springs. Food was enjoyed by all with some nice creations for lunch. Service could have been more attentive, but a good fine for breakfast or lunch while shopping in downtown PSP."

A chic and sophisticated décor provides the setting for our distinctive "world cuisine", a provocative mix of zesty influences that creates a delightful dining experience in Palm Springs, California. Plush high-backed semicircular banquettes surround our dining room and offer comfortable and private seating. The cuisine has a light, exotic feel with an emphasis on Pacific Rim specialties, from Chilean Sea Bass baked in Banana Leaves or Kahlua-Barbecued Pork Chops to all sorts of tasty tapas, salads, wood-fired pizzas, and desserts. The Coral Seas Lounge, a hip mid-century style bar is lined with sexy black leather bar-stools and is reminiscent of the upbeat lounges of old Palm Springs. It wraps around the dining room and leads outside to a lush, tropical, 2000 square foot dining patio where a variety of specialty cocktails and old-school favorites are mixed - an ideal place where friends gather and martinis are sipped under the starlit desert sky.

"Great setting and atmosphere for brunch dining in downtown Palm Springs. Food was tasty and enjoyed by all. Service could have been more attentive, but it was busy for brunch and Modernism Week which was being held at the nearby Hilton Hotel. We would definitely return and try this spot for dinner when visiting Palm Springs again."
