"Chef CJ Jacobson does such an amazing job of making farm to table inventive again. His dedication to foraging & seeking out the best ingredients really shows. The staff is friendly, helpful and totally without attitude. Dinner and brunch are both worth attending. Some of our favorite dishes are the fried snapper, any lamb dish the chef puts on the menu and the house made chorizo with fava bean purée. I can't recommend Girasol enough. Go and enjoy!"
