ink. is chef michael voltaggio’s first signature restaurant. alluding to the idea of permanence, ink. endeavors to create an indelible impression with flavor profiles that are inspired by the myriad of cultures that make up the city of los angeles. Thusly, he describes the food at ink. as “modern los angeles cuisine” and aspires to create an experience that will repurpose the term “fine dining” for angelenos.

"A first class operation in every way. This is not your typical celebrity chef restaurant - all aspects are on point from food quality, beverage program, music and warm and attentive service. The food is inventive and delicious at the same time, employing twists on dishes that are inventive and effective without being gimmicky. If I lived here I would be a frequent regular."

Factory Kitchen is a local traditional Italian restaurant in the heart of the Arts District in Downtown Los Angeles. Factory is the product of life long friendship of Restauranteur Matte Ferdinandi and Chef Angelo Auriana. Chef angelo prepares dishes using fresh seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. The approachable menu at Factory highlights the simplicity of traditional local recipes.
