Fiola, Fabio Trabocchi's modern Italian Trattoria, features Italian cuisine with an emphasis on fresh local ingredients from our farms and markets. The menu will change constantly focusing on seasonal ingredients.

"Fiola is one restaurant that really meets expectations and lives up to its reputation. We had a wonderful dining experience. We ordered from the restaurant week menu to sample as much as possible.
The wine was ordered and delivered almost immediately and the appetizers quickly arrived thereafter. The wine was very good and we enjoyed the tomato soup and appetizers both had very nice balanced flavors - nothing too overpowering. The steak was cooked wonderfully to medium rare and the risotto was a pleasant surprise with the pear. there was more than a hint of parmesean which was perfect for me but notable if you don't. As I mentioned we ordered from restaurant week menu and decided we needed a little bit more than the steak so we ordered the parpadella. Thank you to the waiter for helping us solve the problem of too little, too much food and ordering a smaller size plate of the pasta.
The only slight negative were that the tables are fairly close together. So if you are planning a special occasion make a request for a table with some space around it.
Overall, excellent meal and we will definitely return."

"Floriana is always great! The food choices are plentiful and the food is seasonal and locally sourced. Reasonably priced too. Can't beat it if you are looking for a go-to Italian restaurant."
