Café des Amis invites you into the bustling, energetic atmosphere of a ‘neighborhood’ French brasserie, with elegant, relaxed stylings and attentive service. Chef Mark Sullivan and Chef de Cuisine Matt Sieger have crafted a menu featuring classic brasserie dishes based around locally sourced ingredients, while Wine and Spirits Director Andrew Green has assembled a wine selection focused on the regions of France. Located on the corner of Union and Buchanan in the heart of the Union Street Shopping District, Café des Amis is the perfect place to satisfy that craving for a well chosen wine, hand crafted cocktail or late night meal. We look forward to welcoming you!

"Hello, I am planning on taking the time to write to the ownership group about how poorly this went. We live one block form there and have dined there 15 times. The last two times did not go well. I had to ask many times to have them turn down the music and it did not help. They were playing rock with lyrics they way you would play them alone in your car. Everyone knows that dining music should be instrumental. What cafe De Amis tried to do when they got started was to do the jazzy scene and they have gone way too far from that and the place was not full at all. The target audience should be 40-60 year olds who want to drink and dine. Cafe Des Amis is not going to attract all of those young people that fill the Union street bars even with the obnoxious music. I know that the ownership group is unaware of this problem."
