The combination of a traditional American grill combined with the classic elements of a first-rate steak house best describes Bobby Van’s fourth New York City location. Run by the same four partners who have been awarded Tom Horan’s American Top Ten Steakhouses in each of the past three years, the Grill caters to those seeking the legendary Bobby Van’s Porterhouse as well as lighter dishes such as pastas, salads and fish. All served with the renowned service that has been Bobby Van’s hallmark from its beginnings in 1969. As partner Joseph Hickey said “We’re all about pure, unadulterated customer happiness."

The dining room combines casual comfort and sophistication with touches both rough-hewn and refined. The main attraction is the open kitchen’s rôtisserie ovens and their fine meats, poultry and fish turning over open flames. Abundant fresh vegetables, decadent potato dishes, heart-warming desserts, tempting cocktails & bites at the bar complete the picture. At lunch, we add generous main course salads and tempting pot pies, all in the spirit of Chef Chad Brauze's soul-satisfying French-American fare complemented by the warm welcome of your host, Georgette Farkas. The “ROTISSERIE TABLE” private room seats ten.

"If you like chicken.....this chicken is amazing. Rotisserie juicy flavorful. Like no other! I must have as often as possible! And sides like pomes frites, backed stuffed. Brussel sprouts are great as well. We will be back again and again!"

"We have been going to the Four Seasons for many many years. And it keeps getting better if that is possible. The two mainstays are the pool in the pool room making for a very romantic setting and GUISSEPI the greatest Captain and server on the planet! He is amazing. He never steers you wrong and makes every dinner at the Four Seasons seem like a very special occasion. We highly recommend this restaurant for the food, service and atmosphere.....it's the best and we've been everywhere!"

The premium dining outlet at the resort, Les Crustaces offer guests a memorable evening of sophistication, warm and knowledgeable service, and culinary mastery. Taking it's cue from the restaurant's dine-in terrace, the menu is strong with delicately handled seafood dishes, locally sourced fish, and signature selectoin of fresh shellfish from the feature raw seafood bar. Contemporary European rhythms in the background, it is a delightful evening to be savored.

"Went New Year's Eve Price fix 4 courses. No choices. All fish. One doesn't like fish! Should have been a choice. Portions sized like thimbles. Serves all within 45 minutes on New Year's Eve in empty restaurant. This restaurant won't survive when there are great restaurants on this island!"

Prepare for an experience unlike any other. Watch as your personal chef performs the ancient art of Teppanyaki. Listen as razor-sharp blades slice through tender steak and juicy chicken. Take in the aroma of sizzling shrimp, lobster and savory vegetables.

Or visit our sushi bar, where your sushi chef will prepare fresh nigiri, sashimi and specialty rolls, all with the flair that made Benihana a legend in Japanese cuisine.

"We have been to Benihana in various cities always loving it. This time it was very off. Chef Louis from Haiti must have been new or not trained. All food was over- salted I ordered Chateaubriad as I always do and asked for it med rare. This chef cut it so small pieces it looked liked meat sauce and was so well done it was tough. And I think he poured half a salt shaker on it. Not the usual. When I complained, a woman who said she was a manager refused to listen and said this was the way always cooked. I know better! Beware of this Benihana in Miami!!!"
