Central Michel Richard in Las Vegas has a prime location, adjacent to the lobby in Caesars Palace, making it an ideal meeting place for leisure travelers, conference attendees, just about everyone! With its double-sided full bar, specialty cocktail menu and outdoor patio terrace, it’s no wonder why Vegas insiders have dubbed the 9,600 square-foot contemporary restaurant an innovation of the warm and familiar. Savory favorites from Michel Richard’s existing repertoire include charcuterie and cheese selections, including his “faux” gras terrine, sandwiches including the popular tuna and beef burgers, appetizers such as the tartare of filet mignon and the flavorful goat cheese Caesar salad. Main courses include Richard’s famous fried chicken and mashed potatoes, 72-hour short ribs with Syrah sauce, and rotisserie chicken accompanied by roasted potatoes. Central’s dessert menu is highlighted by delectable items such Michel’s cheesecake with raspberry sauce and signature chocolate bar.

"Went here 4 times staying at Caesars. They should be ashamed.1. Famous fried chicken comes out after 40 minute wait...slammed onto table and pushed in front of me pushing silverware way across table....ice cold.....could not find server...Manager at least got a hot over cooked dried out dish....she comp'd this non meal!2. My wife's scrambled eggs after 35 minute wait came to table with long black hair across it. Just took back... No apology! Wife did not eat. My omelet cold. 3 breakfast. My French toast warm after25 minute wait otherwise ok 4. Lunch today: lunch arrived after 30 minutes. What a joke! Wife order Chinese Chicken Salad: arrived with absolutely not one piece of chicken it. Out came a thin burnt burger"

"Amazing food, amazing service, amazing service, amazing wines ( even wines by the glass).....those that complain about price don't get it: you get what you pay for. We have eaten at steak houses all over the world, live in NYC and this is by far our favorite!!! Try the Kansis City Steak with the broiled garlic topping....yum!"

Mario Batali and Joe Bastianich's flagship restaurant, located on Waverly Place in Greenwich Village, opened to great acclaim in 1998 and is as bustling and popular as ever. It offers three-star dining that redefines and reinvents the principles of Italian cuisine for 21st century America. An epic, landmark wine list, an exciting, quintessentially New York dining room and expert, attentive and cordial service make a table at Babbo one of New York’s prized possessions.

"Waiter barely spoke English. Very heavy Spanish accent. Told my wife is allergic to bell peppers and did not like spicy food. Described appetizers. Ordered. Bread served.... No butter or oil served until we found someone and asked 20 min later. Appetizers came out same time as amuse ( bread with beans).....my wife's appetizer had peppers on top as a sig part of her dish and my appetizer was tossed with chili oil..... Both had to be sent back! No apology. Service last time spotty as well"

Bouley features the exciting culinary talents of famed four- star Chef, David Bouley. Bouley offers French cuisine with modern Asian influences served in an elegant and intimate setting.<br /><br />In addition to the á la carte menu, the restaurant offers a $55 five course tasting menu for lunch and $175 six course tasting menu for dinner. Parties of 8 or more may order from the tasting menu only and deposit is required to secure a reservation. Chef Bouley is always happy to accommodate all dietary needs and restrictions.<br /><br />Attire :Jackets are required for gentlemen at both lunch and dinner.<br />

Please visit our website for more information including menus, reviews and photos, or stop at our bar to smell the roses. <br />Jackets are required. <br />For lunches only, if the room upstairs is available, we may accommodate gentlemen who prefer not to wear jackets at lunch upstairs.<br />Electronic Devices, Cell phone, Blackberry, Laptop Computers... and misbehaving children are not allowed to annoy our guests. We recommend the care of a loving babysitter for the latter, and as for the use of electronic devices, we recommend another restaurant.

"Food and atmosphere amazing BUT seated at 6....served desert 650. Had 3 courses and while eating soufflé turned to talk to my wife seated next to me and soufflé taken from table with half left and check presented to table. This was far too much of a RUSH to get us out fast A dinner of this caliber should NOT be in this much of a rush!!!!"

"Food GREAT. Atmosphere so dark could not see food or those across table. Waiter told it was my son's birthday (29). EVERY time he came to table wished him a "Happy Birthday"....literally over 30 times! Became uncomfortable."

Carbone is an Italian-American restaurant created by Mario Carbone, Rich Torrisi and Jeff Zalaznick. The restaurant pays homage to the essence of the great Italian-American restaurants of mid-20th century in New York, where delicious, exceptionally well-prepared food was served in settings that were simultaneously elegant, comfortable and unpretentious. The food nods to that same history, but take its culinary cues from the great talents and techniques of the present and of the future. Familiar dishes like Seafood Salad, Linguini Vongole, Lobster Fra Diavola, Chicken Scarpariello and Veal Parmesan elevated to a new level.

"This WAS our favorite restaurant and lovED Jason the waiter. Hard to get a reservation here but finally got one to take our son home from college. Before son got there Jason told us of Porterhouse steak prepared by taking the filet part and making a steak tartar first and rest grilled and served as main. We told him our son loves steak tartar Son order this dish...
When main course came with no steak tartar first and the whole Porterhouse broiled I inquired Jason responded" sorry we won't be having it that way this evening---next time!"
I should have sent it back but did not want to embarrass our son
Jason gave us a free sorbet in compensation? Ridiculous!

At Wing Lei, rising star chef Ming Yu masterfully blends the flavors of China with Western technique to create a singularly delicious cuisine. Its just one delectable reason this is the only Chinese restaurant in the U.S. to have earned a coveted Michelin star. The seduction begins as you enter this exotic space, dressed in glimmering glass, tiger onyx, mother-of-pearl and gold accents. The décor, with its curved lines and rich gold accents, is meant to evoke the idea of 1930’s Shanghai. Every inch of this restaurant has been meticulously planned and lovingly crafted, from the ultra-plush, deep tapestry chairs and to the gold-tipped black chopsticks that grace the table settings. Large picture windows look onto a charming outdoor garden, replete with two 100-year old pomegranate trees. Despite all of the grandeur, the haute Chinese menu remains the focus, with its luxurious mix of Cantonese, Shanghai and Sichuan specialties.

"On previous trips to Vegas this place had great food and service Boy has it gone down hill
Waiter was awful starting with our asking to speak to sommelier to choose wine....he rolled his eyes. My wife was asking about menu if something could be without butter and he was nasty and not helpful
Food came out ice cold. Filet was tough and sinuey! All steaks at table (4) came out cold and way rarer than ordered! Sides also cold.
Don't need to go to a fine restaurant to be insulted by waitstaff and served cold inferior food.
Suggest go to Wynn SW Steak for better food and service!!!!"
