Celebrated Chef David Burke will bring his culinary expertise to Foxwoods Resort Casino, with the opening of David Burke Prime on July 9, 2008. All cuts of meat served at the restaurant will be imported directly from Creekstone Farms in Kentucky and dry-aged for 28 to 75 days in the restaurant’s in-house dry-aging room. In addition, David Burke Prime will offer thousands of bottles of premium wine from around the world. Located on the hotel level of Grand Pequot Tower in Foxwoods Resort Casino, the 13,000-square-foot steakhouse will seat 280 people and feature a 35-foot tall wine tower escalating up three stories to the casino level. In addition, the restaurant will include a 28-seat bar and 1,700-square-foot private banquet area, accommodating up to 100 people. Similar to David Burke’s Primehouse in Chicago, which was just voted Best Steakhouse in Chicago, David Burke Prime will feature an aging room with walls lined in imported pink Himalayan rock salt, crafted here in the U.S.

"I ordered simply..just a Hamburg. An expensive Hamburg, mind you, but then I can deal with that if the burger is good. It was not. It was so spiced with salt and heavy, heavy pepper. Almost like a Hamburg au Poivre, if there were such a thing. If it were a Hamburg au Poivre, no one would be able to eat it. Yes, I sent it back. It came back as it was offered initially, with inordinately heavy salt and pepper/spice. The waiter was fine with the return, although he was not to be seen for most of the meal (I cannot blame him... there was no other help available; hence my service rating relates to the service in general and not at all to my server. I have eaten here all too often, and keep giving this venue the benefit of my doubt, but no more."

"Very, if not overly, flavorful filet mignon with nice veggies a fresh salad. My wife loved her chicken skewers, an appetizer which more than fills her up. We returned the following night (tonight) for a relatives birthday party. All 10 of us enjoyed our meals and service. This is a really nice spot for a great dinner (or lunch) at a reasonable price point."

"I was alone and sat at the bar. The bartender was at the other end chatting with another older couple. These people clearly knew each other. She did look over at me after, perhaps, 10 minutes. Yes 10 minutes. That is a very long time when you are hungry and sitting alone at a bar. The bar was not crowded. I had my iPad with me so became engrossed in that while waiting. 5-7 minutes later, after disappearing from the bar for some time, the bartender returned and, with no apology, asked (politely) what I would like. My burger took
25 minutes in a lunch time setting where there were VERY few people seated. The burger was fine. The service was not. I have been previously several times without these problems so I shall return.

The signature dish at Legal Sea Foods – really fresh fish.

One of our first restaurants and still a popular lure, we are located on Route 9 in the Chestnut Hill Shopping Center. We are still keeping things fresh at our bar, our open dining room and in our take-out counter and Fish Market.

Legal Sea Foods has long proven that a consistent, high quality dining experience never goes out of style. With over 40 varieties of fresh fish and shellfish available throughout the year as well as an award-winning wine list, there’s no doubt why legions of fans have fallen hook, line and sinker.

We’ve received a boatload of accolades including “#1 Best Seafood Restaurant” (USA Today, 2013), “Most Popular Boston Restaurant” (Zagat, 2012/2013), “Best Seafood Restaurant” (Improper Bostonian, 2010), “Best Chowder” (Boston Magazine, 2010) and the honor of serving our legendary New England Clam Chowder at every presidential inauguration since 1981.

"Always consistently well prepared and very tasty fish. I did have a steak on this visit and, unlike other times, the quality was good but not up to past standards. I shall stick with fish in the future. This location needs a remodeling to maintain its competitive stance with other new Chestnut Hill restaurants."
