Eveleigh is country comfort: a genuine neighborhood restaurant and bar, where friends, community and family gather on the sunset strip.
Eveleigh embraces a seasonal, local-farm and market driven menu that represents a rustic sensibility, drawing from the influences of old-world European and American country cooking.
Eveleigh's Wine & Spirits offering focuses on classic cocktails, using small batch spirits and a fresh fruit, juices, and house made syrups. The wine program is a smart and concise offering representing the finest grower-producers from California, France, and Australia.

Celebrating another of America’s great dining legacies is AMERICAN FISH from renowned Chef Michael Mina.

With freshness and seasonality setting the pace, the cuisine is prepared in one of four signature cooking methods: salt baking, wood grilling, cast-iron griddling, and ocean-water poaching. The open kitchen and elevated bar and lounge infuse the scene with energy while Mina’s mastery and modern finesse help to create a truly refined affair.

At Antonello Ristorante, we transport you to not just another place, but to another time. As you walk into Antonello's Main Dining Room, a typical scene from the streets of Bistango, Italy comes alive.

Driven by a passion for market-inspired ingredients and classic French cooking techniques, Florent and Amelia Marneau have created a truly modern French bistro in the heart of Orange County. For decades, the couple worked separately in some of the best kitchens in France and Orange County. With Marché Moderne, they have followed this natural evolution by combining their culinary careers as independent restaurateurs. The contemporary French Bistro which has been critically acclaimed since its opening in spring of 2007, is located at The Penthouse at South Coast Plaza, level three, adjacent to Nordstrom.

The Gage is a 3-star rated restaurant located across from Millennium Park in a historically landmarked building built in the late 1800s. The Gage offers upscale, yet casual dining in a vintage atmosphere inspired by the gastropubs of Ireland and England. Time Out has said The Gage's menu "covers every craving" and includes Scotch eggs, fresh seafood, locally made sausages, burgers, steaks, salads and Guinness-battered fish and chips. The Libations list features craft beers, interesting wines and a selection of Irish whiskeys and single malts. Open for dinner at 4 everyday, The Gage is also open for lunch at 11 and brunch Saturday and Sunday at 10. The Gage offers the perfect setting for a casual drink, a business meeting or a formal event--refined rusticity--steps from Millennium

As a gastro-lounge, Sable Kitchen & Bar will do for hand-crafted cocktails, spirits and wine what the gastro-pub has done for beer: pairing seasonally-inspired cuisine with an artfully designed cocktail, spirits and wine program. Sable’s menu fuses traditional cooking techniques with a modern flair that seeks to highlight the harmony between cocktails, spirits, wine and cuisine. The bar menu will focus on snacks, medium sized plates and brick oven flatbreads while the dinner menu combines small, medium and large plates to encourage sampling and sharing. With a commitment to working with independent Midwest farmers and purveyors, the menu will draw inspiration from local and organic ingredients—everything from seasonal produce to free-range meats and sustainable seafood. A sleek and sexy space, Sable is a refreshing update on the glamour of the 1940’s, as old Hollywood charm mingles effortlessly with modern industrial touches and classic Chicago warmth.

The first chef to own his own bull, Chef David Burke's commitment to quality is evident in the USDA prime grade, hand-selected beef served in David Burke's Primehouse. The restaurant dry-ages its meats in a Himalayan salt-tiled aging room on premise. The result is perfectly marble-ized, tender beef with a rich depth of flavor. Tours of this unique facility can be arranged upon reservation.

David Burke's Primehouse continues to redefine modern American cuisine by pushing the envelope of culinary creativity, marked by notable dishes, such as Surf and Turf Dumplings, Wagyu Beef Sashimi on Himalayan rock salt with mushroom chips and truffle sauce, the award-winning 55-Day Aged Bone-In Ribeye and the "South Side" Bone-In Filet Mignon.

Quality Meats is a contemporary restaurant that serves a rustic New American menu.
The varied menu focuses on modern interpretations of classic dishes such as Traditional Steak Tartare, Caesar Salad and Roasted Bone Marrow, in addition to several cuts of beef from legendary New York butchers Milton Abeles and Strassburger Meats.
The restaurant's side dishes alone merit a trip with innovative house specialties, including Corn Crème Brulee, Gnocchi and Cheese and Edamame with Mint Salt. The Quality Meats chefs are Craig Koketsu (Lespinasse, Stars) as executive chef and Cory Colton (Lespinasse, St.Regis) on pastry. The restaurant has a warm industrial atmosphere, created by award-winning AvroKO and features intimate dining areas, a comfortable bar area with well-stocked charcuterie bar.
