Peter's Reviews

Aria is a very versatile Italian restaurant that can accommodate virtually any sort of dining experience. Aria's menu reflects the cuisine of all of Italy - north to south. Aria's chef/owner Stefano pays homage to dishes familiar in Italy but not acknowledged here such as cous cous, and pastas like farro and fregola (a Sardinian grain).

"The Black Squid Ink rissotto was a little salty, but otherwise quite good. The lasagna was also good - flavorful and light (lasagna can be heavy). The dining room was quiet, it was a dark and stormy night (snow, wind, cold). Some parts of the room were a little chilly, warmest across the back wall."
