The Gadarene Swine, Chef Phillip Frankland Lee's second restaurant concept is an intimate yet casual experience to sample simply innovative while playful vegan cuisine. Unlike Scratch|Bar, Phillip's debut restaurant which is headed to Encino, CA, The Gadarene Swine's focus is on the most vital of all food groups, fruits and vegetables.

"My husband and I sprung for the chef's tasting menu and were so glad we did - what a wonderful experience!
The service was impeccable, and it was such a treat to have each dish served up by the sous chef.
The food was inventive and delicious. Across twelve courses, each dish was unique and unexpected! We enjoyed every single one. It was wonderful to have such thoughtfully and creatively prepared vegan food!
This was a perfect choice for a special occasion."
