MoonWoman's Reviews

Opened in the summer of 2012 in Denver’s LoHi Neighborhood, Central is an American Bistro and Bar focusing on the fine presentation of dishes that draw upon the heritage of American classics. The 70-seat space is contemporary yet rustic in feel and has been carefully curated with both modern materials and vintage neighborhood finds. The patio and bar offer an unmatched view of the city's skyline, and the restaurant is open for lunch, brunch and dinner.

"I've been to Central many times, mostly for brunch but also for dinner. It's a distance from my home, so I clearly love it or would not return so often. I've taken a number of friends there and no one has ever been disappointed in the food. Not only is it creative and yummy, it is presented beautifully. The service is also excellent. On this particular visit, the noise level was really high, so we had to shout at one another. We were seated near the kitchen which I think contributed to the noise level. On previous visits, I sat at a window table and didn't experience noise-related problems. I highly recommend Central Bar and Bistro!"
