That's Amore Restaurant located in the heart of Historic Collingswood, New Jersey...trendy, ecclectic, unique.<br><br />Serving favorite Italian classics and inspired specials. Featuring Chef's Table...8+ courses hand-picked by the chef and hand delivered to your table. $35 and $50 options. "Quite possibly the 8th Wonder of the World"<br><br />The chef writes...<br>"This restaurant is about the love of food…all food from all cultures. These are the recipes of my youth…invoking memories of happiness, special occasions and of times shared around the family table. Like most of you, so many of my memories are punctuated with the remembrance of meals…meals that were lovingly prepared by our mothers and fathers, grandmothers and great aunts, and special friends who became "adopted" family members. I invite you to come in…meet my family…hear our stories…and tell us yours. Share a meal with us…let's raise a glass and toast to your special occasion…and together, create a new memory.

"We always love That's Amore! We went last weekend on our week-after-Valentines-day day during a snow storm. We were nervous while walking there in the snow that they might be closed. But lucky for us, they were open :) Apparently a lot of people cancelled their reservations due to weather so the restaurant was pretty open. It was fun chatting with the people who worked there.
I ordered the salmon special and OMG it was incredible! My fiancé ordered the chicken parm (because he always orders the chicken parm) and loved it.
One of my favorite parts is we always have leftovers for the next day. So it's like a two-for-one!
P.s. if you go, you have to get the rice balls. Wow."
