"I walked into Ris with a friend for lunch and the place is mobbed. We realize it's restaurant week....sigh, not our favorite time to go out for lunch or dinner. I don't blame the restaurants - $20 for a multi course lunch and $30 for dinner is just too little for a decent restaurant worth it's salt. But Ris never fails to deliver. The choices for restaurant week were very bit as tempting (if not more so!) than the regular menu. The plates came out looking like a work of art. It's hard to think about going anywhere else no matter what week it is!"

The jewel of the Washington Harbour, Sequoia remains a landmark of fine dining by the Potomac. Our culinary team creates innovative, modern American fare. Coupled with panoramic views of the Kennedy Center, the Watergate, Memorial and Key Bridges and the flotilla of boats passing by, Sequoia creates an unforgettable dining experience. Please note all reservations are for inside only. Dining on the patio is seated on a first come first serve basis.

"This is the best brunch in the city. It's unbelievably well priced. The raw bar alone is worth it, but there are fantastic egg stations, carving stations and a doughnut station. Did i mention the chocolate fountain? That'll bring out the kid in everyone! YUMMY!"
