Oystercatchers is located on the shores of the Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay. You drive down a winding road into the Ruelle as you approach the illuminated circle drive flanked by palm trees and bright flowerbeds. As you enter the restaurant through the lounge, you are taken back by the spectacular panoramic view of Old Tampa Bay. With its innovative cocktails and contemporary furniture, the lounge, outside patio and lower bay-level deck provide a comfortable yet chic hotspot for locals and visitors alike. Our visually stimulating water views and sunsets provide a unique environment to enjoy feature wines and appetizers. Our menu highlights an array of the freshest, wild and line caught fish available, organic produce and seafood specialties with a unique and contemporary flair. Oystercatchers... Even our sunsets are made fresh daily.

"We were in Tampa for the weekend and tried Oystercatchers for the first time and it was a very positive experience. The view is gorgeous and the food is great. The service was particularly good. We will definitely go back the next time we are in town."

Grand Views... Rave Reviews. At the Thistle Lodge Beachfront Restaurant, delicious cuisine is served in a historical heirloom setting overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Swaying palms and gently breaking waves further set the scene for romance.

"Our second visit in our week on Sanibel and it was equally delightful. The view of the gulf was fabulous and the service was excellent. We had a leisurely lunch and never felt rushed. The grouper sandwich has a delicious sauce on the side and shrimp and blue crab wrap was delicious. Dessert at the Thistle Lodge cannot be better. We tried a luscious chocolate coconut dessert and left very happy."

"We always try to dine at Sweet Melissa's while on Sanibel. The menu is creative and delicious while the portions are generous. The staff is excellent and they create a relaxed atmosphere with excellent service. Great spot!"

"We had a wonderful experience at the Thistle Lodge starting with the lovely atmosphere and ending with the delicious salted caramel cheesecake. Our server was attentive and her recommendations were very helpful. We had the crab cake appetizer which was prepared to perfection and the drum fish special which was also perfect. Our only disappointment was that after many years on Sanibel this was our first time there and we have missed this wonderful restaurant in the past. We will definitely go back this week."

"We were looking for a fun weeknight dinner and found End of Elm. The menu for small plates to share was tempting but we both wanted a burger and the burger was excellent. We tried the avocado salad as a starter and if it is any indication of the other small plates then the small plates are excellent. We will go back soon to try them. The service was excellent and the atmosphere is cozy."

"We dined on a Sunday evening for our anniversary in the middle of an ice storm so the restaurant was more quiet than normal but there was a large group there having a wonderful time together and they were obviously regulars in the restaurant. The service was awesome and the food was fantastic. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return very soon."

You feel a great energy when you walk into the Glass House Tavern. The decor is soothing and warm and truly makes the customer feel welcome. The prompt, friendly service is delightful and the food is incredible.

Executive Chef Craig Cupani has created a contemporary American menu that sets this restaurant apart from the other choices in the neighborhood. Fresh, seasonal ingredients are the emphasis here and the results are fantastic.

"We went to a matinee and had a late lunch early dinner after the show. The restaurant was very quiet at 4pm but by 6pm it was very busy and the energy was very festive and upbeat. The food was good and so was the service."

"We enjoyed our dinner and were impressed with the building and the other dining options at the restaurant with the wine bar on the lower level and the prix fix area upstairs. The food was very good and the service was excellent. The staff was very attentive and even gave us a tour of the other restaurant options. We will be back soon!"

"We often go to Mehndi but decided to try Ming II as a change. The food is excellent and the service is as well. The hot and sour soup was the best we have ever had anywhere. Our entrees were excellent and all of the ingredients were very fresh with full flavor. We will go back soon."
