Haute cuisine and high spirits. Steaks and chops, fish and oysters, champagne and lobster and proper cocktails, all served with style each evening by Executive Chef Graham Dailey and staff. The atmosphere is sophisticated and clubby, not formal, <br />Walls are covered in rich velvet with antique Cyprus woodwork, 19th-century oil paintings and contemporary renderings of local plantation life. Beyond the room are views of the lush Garden Courtyard and reflecting pool. <br /><br>Experience the acclaimed fare of four-star Peninsula Grill. For all guests business casual is the appropriate attire. For Gentlemen, a jacket is requested, not required. For Women, either a dress or slacks is suggested. We prefer no shorts.

Welcome to the new home of La Paz. This 5,000 square foot restaurant offers the best of what Charlotte has to serve. From our large full service bar, family style booths, to our 80 person dinning room that can also be used from private events, La Paz can cater to any need! La Paz is Charlotte's oldest Mexican restaurant and treats it's guests to the highest quality of freshly prepared Mexican / Southwestern cuisine. Fresh Salsa and warm chips great you as you arrive. The Liberty is Charlotte’s first Gastro pub. Our goal is to provide great food and drink at a reasonable cost. The first Gastropubs started in London as many top chefs turned away from the high costs of fine dining, wanting to do their food in a more casual setting.
We also share this vision. Our menu offers elevated comfort foods and pub fare using the best ingredients available. We serve 19 hand crafted beers on tap (plus PBR!), and another 60 by the bottle. Our wine list is carefully chosen to give you 30 affordable wines by the glass. Naturally, we also have a full selection of spirits as well.
We don't have a dress code, or for that matter, an ounce of pretension. We are casual enough for jeans and a tee shirt, but nice enough for a first date.
We are a neighborhood establishment, sitting at the gateway to South End and Dilworth, with a light rail stop in our parking lot.
We are unlike anything else in Charlotte.

After its 13,500 square foot addition completed June of 2000, Tom Goodchild's Moose Factory stretches over 20,000 square feet with a seating capacity of over 700 dining room, lounge, banquet room, and patio combined.<br /><br />This location has built its reputation on the Sawmill formula.
