Barchetta, Italian for ‘little boat’ captures the charms of the Mediterranean seaside. An Italian seafood trattoria, Barchetta is a partnership between Esca’s acclaimed Chef & Partner Dave Pasternack and John Meadow’s LDV Hospitality. Pasternack brings his passion of sourcing the freshest ingredients of the sea and expertise of Italian cuisine to Barchetta’s intimate yet bustling atmosphere inspired by the communal charm of the rustic trattoria experience. Barchetta provides a casual bar dining experience of Pasternack’s trademark crudo tastings or a feast of homemade pastas, seafood antipasti, and whole fish paired with an eclectic international wine list. Delivered with gracious, genuine hospitality, Barchetta brings la dolce vita to life in New York City.

After 14 successful years in the neighborhood, Boerum Hill’s Michelin-starred restaurant, Saul, has moved to a new and larger space in the world-renowned Brooklyn Museum. Chef Saul Bolton has collaborated with the Brooklyn Museum and Restaurant Associates to bring the vibrant community a remodeled and refined version of the lauded New American restaurant. Chef Bolton also oversees food and beverage for the Museum’s café, the Counter.

Available a la carte, prix fixed, or via a chef’s tasting, the menus at Saul are inspired both by the season’s bounty, as well as the products and ingredients sourced from the restaurant’s long-standing artisanal purveyors. Guests will find a number of old favorites on the menu, in addition to several re-imagined newcomers. To complement Chef Bolton’s fare is Saul’s impressive wine list and cocktail program where mixologist Dan Carlson has created a number of seasonal libations for guests to enjoy.

Betony, named after an herb in the mint family known for its healing qualities, is a Modern American restaurant overseen by Executive Chef Bryce Shuman (the former Executive Sous Chef of Eleven Madison Park) and General Manager Eamon Rockey (formerly of Eleven Madison Park, Atera, and Aska ). The restaurant, which is located a block off of Fifth Avenue, features soaring ceilings, contemporary photos of New York City street scenes, a 35-seat bar and lounge and 85-seat dining room.

A two-course lunch prix fixe ($38) is offered Monday through Friday, and both a four-course prix fixe ($95) and seasonal tasting menu ($195) are available at dinner. Patrons who dine at the bar in the evening are welcome to order from the bar menu, the prix fixe or the tasting menu.

Built around a California-style culinary philosophy that takes heavy cues from the seasons, Upland balances a familiar rusticity with a smart global approach, all enhanced with a New Yorker’s eye for detail. The restaurant offers an artful array of starters, entrees and sides, each plate accented with chef Justin Smillie’s enticing and urbane touch. The wine program, overseen by beverage manager Chantelle Pabros, matches the excitement coming out of Upland’s open kitchen, with a worldly 500-bottle list and a clever by-the-glass selection that’s remarkably food-friendly.

Restaurant Latour is the culinary crown jewel of our resort, an elegant oasis of refined cooking, gracious service and extraordinary wine in a luxurious setting. With Executive Chef Anthony Bucco at the helm, Restaurant Latour has refined its tantalizing dinner menu. Working with the country’s premier foragers, as well as local farmers and purveyors, Chef Bucco has crafted two new menus: the 5-course "Anthology" menu and the 7-course Chef Degustation "Relishing" menu. The Anthology menu allows diners the opportunity to choose their fare of choice from 5 different categories. Menu selections can be paired with wines hand-selected by our sommeliers from the incomparable world-renowned Wine Cellar or an eclectic seasonal cocktail crafted by Resort Mixologist, Stephen Thomas. Executive Chef of Restaurant Latour, Anthony Bucco, relies on the rhythm of the seasons and local producers and foragers in creating menus that interplay with the resort’s unparalleled bottle wine cellar.

"Definitely an experience that I was glad that I tried, although I can't say that I would do it again. The food is excellent in quality but didn't blow me away in flavor. The service is outstanding, if a little bit stuffy, but overall it was a very interesting night in terms of food. The wine pairing is the best deal by far, 7 full glasses was a great choice. Also, the sommelier was really knowledgeable and the wine picks were inspired. The decor is easily the worst part of the restaurant, it looks like a back storage room that they threw some tables in."

Il Corso establishment was founded in 1993 by two native Italian women from the south of Italy.

They chose to name their restaurant "Il Corso" because it means "the path". Their goal is to guide their clients on a path to a wonderful experience.

We pride ourselves on selecting the finest ingredients for our recipes. In addition to our menu, we offer daily specials that your server will present to you.
Il Corso's warm, cozy ambiance is complimented by an exquisite selection of moderately priced wines, full bar and nurtured by a friendly and knowledgeable staff serves.

Kingside, located on West 57th street, features Chef Marc Murphy's interpretation of New American Cooking, alongside Gerber Group's renowned bar program of handcrafted cocktails. The accessible menu will take its inspiration from Murphy’s childhood, highlighting items that trace back to his French heritage, Italian roots, American schooling and his love of travel. In addition to an extensive raw and crudo bar, appetizers will include charcuterie and cheeses, salads and small plates, while larger entrees will feature pastas, fish and meats with an emphasis on sharing, including some items, such as a 26 oz. Cowboy Ribeye and a Roasted Chicken meant to be ordered for two.
