From the owners of Coco Pazzo and Coco Pazzo Cafe, Tre Soldi invites you to delight in the flavors of Rome. Tre Soldi is a Roman-style trattoria located on bustling Ohio Street, just off the Magnificent Mile and walking distance to Lurie Children's, Northwestern Hospital and the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago. <br /><br />Tre Soldi (meaning three coins in Italian) garners inspiration from the Trevi Fountain in Rome, made famous in the 1954 movie Three Coins in the Fountain. Murals of the iconic fountain and the rooftops of Rome bring a warm ambiance to the casual, contemporary atmosphere. The menu features classic house-made pastas, pizza as well as daily fish and meat specials. An emphasis is given to local farmers' offerings. The full bar features several Italian craft beers, more that 20 wines by the glass or quartino, and a 100 bottle wine list. Outdoor seating opens in late July.

The Kitchen Chicago is a community bistro located in the historic Reid Murdoch Building downtown on the Chicago River, open seven days a week at 11AM. The menu focuses on rustic, organic plates sourced from local farmers and purveyors. The atmosphere and service reflects The Kitchen’s philosophy: community through food.

"We enjoyed our dinner a great deal @ the Kitchen. The menu is inventive and delicious. Loved the roasted squash salad and the goat pasta. Different from the usual and so tasty. The greens with the steak were spicy and awesome. Service was attentive but not bothersome. Chocolate dessert very rich - you'd better share. We will definitely return"

Michelin starred Boka Restaurant has been a fixture in Chicago dining since 2003. A new chapter of the restaurant begins with the acquisition of new Chef/Partner Lee Wolen. Lee who honed his skills at both El Bulli and Eleven Madison Park, was recently awarded a Michelin Star and 4 stars from Chicago Magazine for his work at The Lobby.He was also named Breakout Chef of the year by Time Out Chicago in 2013. Boka’s space was given a complete re-design by acclaimed designer Simeone Deary (Elysian Hotel) in January of 2014. In its 10 year history Boka's Chefs have received both Food and Wine’s coveted Best New Chefs in 2008 and Best New Pastry Chef in 2013. Boka's food features contemporary, American cuisine, focusing on seasonality and sourcing as many local ingredients as possible.

"I have been a fan of Boka for many years. But this was the first time we have returned since they closed and reinvented themselves. The results are even better than before. Both of us agreed it was the best meal we have eaten in Chicago in some time. The roasted carrot salad is divine- I shared this with my husband but would have preferred it all for myself. Other dishes- the octopus, the walleye, our chocolate cake were all outstanding but the best entree was the venison.Expertly prepared and the flavor was excellent. It would be my choice for next time if still on the menu. Our waitress was great and the room is comfortable. As you can tell, I am already planning my return meal!"
