"The food at Aquitaine has always been excellent. You can tell the restaurant is owned by a chef. Everything no matter how usual might appear has a twist and is perfectly executed. Where the restaurant falls flat is service. Way too much attitude and not enough training. The food in this restaurant is 5 stars but the service is only 2. We had to ask for way too many things and wait too much during a service when the restaurant was only 50% full. It is always a little disappointing when the service isn't up to the food."
