Welcome to The Carversville Inn! You have to get lost to find us, but once you do you won't want to leave! Chef/Owner Will Mathias and his wife Denie take pride in welcoming you to their warm, inviting restaurant in the heart of Bucks County. The menus reveal the chef's Southern roots, classical training, and familiarity with the diversity and variety of American regional cuisine. The offerings encompass a broad spectrum of choices, including classical French, Spanish, Southern, and Asian cuisines, with options to please all palates.

Upon entering Mermaid Oyster Bar, diners feel as though they have escaped the city on a beach vacation. Offering delicious food in a welcoming atmosphere, patrons can enjoy a relaxing and leisurely dining experience away from the hustle & bustle of busy New York City streets. Bringing a bite of the beach to the West Village, this casual neighborhood spot combines a laid-back fish shack mentality with a menu that reads like an oyster bar’s greatest hits: an extensive raw bar; clam shack favorites like steamers, mussels and fried oysters; and a variety of simply prepared whole fish and fish sandwiches. The cocktails and beers on tap and the rollicking classic rock-country playlist evoke the nostalgia of summer on every visit.

North River is a restaurant in New York City's East Village serving modern New York State fare. Named for the Hudson—the waterway that for so long, has brought so much worth eating to New York City—North River pulls the very best produce, dairy, fish, and meat from our neighbors and turns it into dinner nightly. (And into brunch on the weekends.)

Our cocktails are rooted in American classics from a simpler time, but have modern elements, shaken and stirred to impress and/or intoxicate. There is beer and wine too.

Our dining room is casual and our service educated, a balance we look to strike in all things we do.
"I wanted to order every single appetizer and entree on the menu but of course that is not possible so I will be forced to make multiple return visits. The food was simply amazing."

La Bottega is open for breakfast, lunch, dinner, weekend brunch, as well as drinks and appetizers.
The Trattoría, located on the north side of 9th Avenue has a full food and bar menu, and has a wood burning oven for delicious pizzas. The Caffé is located on the south side of 9th Avenue and has an additional bar and Caffé food menu. The outdoor patio has two sections- the Trattoria side for dining, and the Caffé side for drinks and lighter fare. During the colder seasons the perimeter of the patio is enclosed for greenhouse seating.
Reservations are accepted for the indoor dining room. During the summer, the outdoor patio does not accept reservations; walk-in guests are seated.

Monument Lane is a New American restaurant in the West Village that focuses on farm-to-table cuisine. They use seasonal and sustainable products from local farmers and growers have been awarded Slow Food NYC's Snail of Approval for their standards. The menu changes weekly, if not daily, reflecting the restaurant's commitment to showcasing the local harvest.

Established in 2011 Monument Lane takes its inspiration from the area's pastoral past; a time when Manhattan island was rich with salt marshes and grasslands, pure estuaries teamed with mussels and oysters, and acres of apple and cherry orchards bloomed nearby. In the 1700's and 1800's, New Yorkers came to Greenwich Village as a retreat to the countryside; traveling a road named Monument Lane, now called Greenwich Avenue, where the restaurant presently sits.
