Sushi Roku’s vast & colorful menu features an array of fresh sushi, Prime Steaks, hot & cold specialty appetizers, & an extensive selection of hot entrees. The freshest ingredients are flown in daily creating a menu that includes signature specialties like the Colorado Lamb Chops marinated in Soy Garlic or Spicy Jumbo Pan-Fried Shrimp. Our full service bar features a large selection of hot & cold sakes, special Asian martinis, & an extensive wine list.
Guests will enjoy the main dining room that features a wall of suspended solid concrete core spindles lit from below that act as a backdrop to the glowing room. Large rock boulders, teak floors & ceiling, oil rubbed bronze metal detailing & water & fire elements embody the dining experience throughout. The second floor patio dining, located adjacent to the Wet Pool, is an intimate outdoor space with plenty of room for everything from a romantic dinner for two, to larger celebrations & social gatherings.

"We had been to Sushi Roku in Las Vegas and loved it so we were anxious to try the Scottsdale location. It did not disappoint in outstanding menu selections of creatively prepared sushi rolls or in architecturally interesting ambiance. The seemingly hundreds of vanilla scented candles - while visually stunning - were overpowering in their scent which did not go well with the delicious food. Service was excellent - fun, attentive and professional."

Located within the new Renaissance Denver Downtown City Center Hotel at the historic Colorado National Bank building, range will offer cuisine
that celebrates the cultural heritage and adventurous spirit of the American West, prepared with a modern day sophistication. The restaurant features a bar offering a wide selection of local beers, liquors and
wines, a private dining room and a wood fired oven, in which much of the fare will be prepared. In addition to offering daily featured dishes, the
menu will change seasonally and will offer a large selection of shareable plates in addition to entrees and side dishes.
"Range has become a favorite for us when we are in downtown Denver. the service is always professional, attentive and friendly and the food is creatively well-seasoned, perfectly prepared and presented beautifully. This night was Valentine's night and we arrived for early dinner after a matinee show. The prix-fix special dinner of chateaubriand and crab cakes for two with au gratin potatoes and balsamic Brussels sprouts was a great value and perfect for sharing. The appetizer of grilled stuffed jalapenos was perfectly seasoned and the dessert sorbets were a perfect finish (pineapple jalapeno and citrus avocado sorbets). The complimentary glass of proseco was a festive touch as was the offer of a long stem rose. A delightful holiday dinner for $120 + tip!"

The signature restaurant of the historic Arizona Biltmore resort, Wrights prepares classic favorites – but reinvented for today’s tastes. Wright’s skilled chefs have taken original recipes of classic dishes and refreshed them with innovative touches and the latest culinary trends to create timeless cuisine.

"We dined here for our 28th Wedding Anniversary and it proved to be the perfect way to celebrate. We were seated in a private alcove quietly removed from the main dining room. The service and food was perfect and the beautiful Frank Lloyd Wright inspired ambiance was a perfect escape from mainstream holiday glitz. This is fine dining hidden inside a hotel housed in this historic architectural treasure."

One of the nation’s first chef-driven museum restaurant concepts when it opened in 1997, Palettes Contemporary Cuisine at the Denver Art Museum is still one of the most striking, featuring original art and a sleek, modern design, with floor-to-ceiling views of the adjacent nationally-admired Hamilton building.

Boasting modern American cuisine with a global palette of fresh, flavorful and dynamic ingredients, Palettes serves weekday lunch, as well as dinner on Fridays, and a recently-added champagne weekend brunch. For unforgettable private events, Kevin Taylor Catering is also the exclusive caterer of the Denver Art Museum and its variety of remarkable spaces.

"Palettes is always an excellent dining option - whether visiting the Art Museum (DAM) or not. The varied menu is always expertly prepared and presented by knowledgeable, professional servers. The cocktail preparation is not as strong as the food. The roasted corn soup with guacamole and shrimp was outstanding. The beet salad was delicious. The grilled pork tenderloin was flavorful but slightly tough with a wonderful rosemary au jus. The chocolate pistachio cake was an excellent and complex ending to the meal. This was our first evening dinner here since the Brilliant exhibit was open late during the holidays. The evening ambiance is much quieter and slower paced than when we have been for lunch/brunch."
