We create an extraordinary supper club experience serving the freshest seafood, prime steaks, handcrafted cocktails and world-class wines in a warm, welcoming atmosphere with genuine hospitality. Our executive chef uses only the finest and freshest ingredients to create inventive preparations of traditional favorites. Made from scratch dishes showcase simple, pure and regional flavors, and our menu features an array of appetizers, salads, seafood, steaks, family-style sides and house-made desserts from refreshing ahi tuna tartar, jumbo lump crab cakes & tender filet to creamy black truffle mac and cheese, succulent Chilean sea bass and decadent ten-layer carrot cake. Our well-trained bar chefs handcraft exciting cocktails, including our signature cucumber gimlet and smoking berries & bubbles. With our red carpet hospitality, Ocean Prime is the perfect destination for cocktails after work, dinner before or after the theatre, business meetings, social gatherings & everyday celebrations.

"Excellent seafood prepared perfectly with the ambiance and service expected in the finest steakhouse. The wedge salad was one of the best we've had. The jalapeno au gratin potatoes were delicious. The salmon with lobster gnocchi was outstanding and the crab cakes were very good, although the accompanying sweet corn cream slightly overpowered the succulent crab. The cocktail menu was creative and drinks well-prepared. The chocolate peanut-butter pie was sized for sharing and a perfect ending to the meal. Best decaf coffee I've had in ages! Service was impeccable from accommodating a special request for seating to attentive check-ins during the meal and ending with appropriate birthday attention. One of Denver's best dining options!"

The menus at Tamayo offer a modern interpretation of authentic Mexican food with recipes created by critically acclaimed Chef/Owner Richard Sandoval at his Maya Restaurant in New York City. Our warm décor is spectacular with amber & coral colored walls featuring exquisite artwork that includes silver encrusted toucans, silver and volcanic rock guacamole bowls & Mayan masks to keep a watchful eye over the restaurant. Tamayo is truly a unique dining experience for intimate business luncheons, dinners, social events and large celebrations as well.

"The food and service on this, our first visit, was very good. The menu offered new twists on mexican favorites and everything was well prepared. Thebeef skewers and chicken mole as well as the sides (poblano au gratin potatoes and sauteed spinach) were great. The Ambiance brought the whole experience down. We were seated inside under an orange leaded glass chandelier which had wadded up napkins or kleenex someone has apparetnly tossed into it along with dead moths and other stuff - felt like it was not clean. The decor looked very 80s but not in a retro way - just outdated and tired. The noise level made conversation very difficult. There are many other options on or near Larimer Square that offer a more pleasant dining experience."

"Mediocre, uninspired and predictable bar food served in a converted retail barn with no ambiance whatsoever. Unattended teenagers playing darts proved dangerous. Too noisy to talk across the small table. The location was close to Arvada Arts Center but a longer drive would have been a better choice. Service was capable and friendly."

The highest AAA Four-Diamond™ dining experience in North America. Enjoy breathtaking views while traveling in enclosed comfort aboard two gondolas to the top of the North Peak® at 11,444 feet. Award-winning chefs create delicious contemporary cuisine with a Bavarian accent to complement this unique, secluded setting. Arguably the best dinner in the ski industry.

"One of our best dining experiences ever! The journey on two Gondola's from Keystone's River Run up to 11,000+ feet sets this dining experience above the rest, but they do not rest on their view laurels. The impeccable service matches the fine dining menu and the perfect continental presentation. The chef's prix-fixe menu was delicious including cheese, sorbet and amuse-bouche courses - pricey at $99 but worth every cent. From the ala carte side, the blue crab ragout, pork tenderloin and soup were excellent and also included the sorbet and amuse-bouche. The wine list had a great Zin and desserts were a perfect compliment to the meal. We will return!"

"A beautiful new restaurant featuring healthy, creative, fresh menu items prepared perfectly and presented beautifully in a manner you would expect at a much higher price-point! Shrimp cocktail featured cocktail sauce with some zip to it. The stuffed mushrooms were sublime with shrimp and crab. The cedar plank salmon (wild from Canada) was perfectly prepared complimented by a variety of al dente fresh grilled veggies and "smashed" potatoes. The Mediterranean seabass (Bronzino?) was artfully presented and paired with broccolini and roasted red peppers. The wedge crab salad could have used more dressing, but this might have been to keep with their goal of staying under 475 (?) calories per menu item. The mini desserts were all delicious!"

"The food at Colterra is always excellent featuring creative use of locally grown ingredients (some fresh from the garden around the tables on the patio). The shaded outdoor dining with breezes rustling the huge trees and the mellow live music from the "front porch" made for a perfect brunch setting. Our server was excellent, knowledgeable, friendly, yet professional and most accomodating of questions and special requests. The bar makes some perfect drinks for a mellow brunch from a great Bloody Mary to the silky "Breakfast-in-Bed". One of the best brunch spots in CO!"

"Perfectly for Union Station people watching at the interactive fountain. The restaurant is small - a challenge when weather precludes outdoor seating. The corn/masa soup with tempura shrimp was silky smooth and an innovative presentation. The lobster roll - though a small portion - was delectable and refreshingly lacking in fillers or sauce - it let the flavor of the Lobster shine on a toasted "New England" roll. The fried oyster sandwich was fantastic - thrilling these ex-Marylanders - with perfectly fried oysters on a soft roll. The accompanying watermelon side salad complimented the rich flavors of the sandwiches. The german chocolate pie-in-a-jar was delicious. Cocktails were innovative and well crafted. Adam's service excelled."
