"Mediocre, uninspired and predictable bar food served in a converted retail barn with no ambiance whatsoever. Unattended teenagers playing darts proved dangerous. Too noisy to talk across the small table. The location was close to Arvada Arts Center but a longer drive would have been a better choice. Service was capable and friendly."

The highest AAA Four-Diamond™ dining experience in North America. Enjoy breathtaking views while traveling in enclosed comfort aboard two gondolas to the top of the North Peak® at 11,444 feet. Award-winning chefs create delicious contemporary cuisine with a Bavarian accent to complement this unique, secluded setting. Arguably the best dinner in the ski industry.

"One of our best dining experiences ever! The journey on two Gondola's from Keystone's River Run up to 11,000+ feet sets this dining experience above the rest, but they do not rest on their view laurels. The impeccable service matches the fine dining menu and the perfect continental presentation. The chef's prix-fixe menu was delicious including cheese, sorbet and amuse-bouche courses - pricey at $99 but worth every cent. From the ala carte side, the blue crab ragout, pork tenderloin and soup were excellent and also included the sorbet and amuse-bouche. The wine list had a great Zin and desserts were a perfect compliment to the meal. We will return!"

As sleek as a 1930s ocean liner, yet as relaxed as a dinner on the shore, the Oceanaire provides the perfect setting to enjoy Ultra-Fresh seafood, flown in daily from around the world. Sip a Sidecar in the lounge, sidle up to the oyster bar, or kick back in a horseshoe booth before diving into a sea of Ultra-Fresh fish, Alaskan Steak-cut Halibut, seasonal favorites like fresh Copper River salmon or hard-to-find delicacies like true Dover sole or bluefin tuna. Our daily-printed menu will guide you, a wine list as deep as the sea will seduce you, and the world's freshest seafood awaits you at the Oceanaire. <br /><br />

"A beautiful new restaurant featuring healthy, creative, fresh menu items prepared perfectly and presented beautifully in a manner you would expect at a much higher price-point! Shrimp cocktail featured cocktail sauce with some zip to it. The stuffed mushrooms were sublime with shrimp and crab. The cedar plank salmon (wild from Canada) was perfectly prepared complimented by a variety of al dente fresh grilled veggies and "smashed" potatoes. The Mediterranean seabass (Bronzino?) was artfully presented and paired with broccolini and roasted red peppers. The wedge crab salad could have used more dressing, but this might have been to keep with their goal of staying under 475 (?) calories per menu item. The mini desserts were all delicious!"

"The food at Colterra is always excellent featuring creative use of locally grown ingredients (some fresh from the garden around the tables on the patio). The shaded outdoor dining with breezes rustling the huge trees and the mellow live music from the "front porch" made for a perfect brunch setting. Our server was excellent, knowledgeable, friendly, yet professional and most accomodating of questions and special requests. The bar makes some perfect drinks for a mellow brunch from a great Bloody Mary to the silky "Breakfast-in-Bed". One of the best brunch spots in CO!"

"Perfectly for Union Station people watching at the interactive fountain. The restaurant is small - a challenge when weather precludes outdoor seating. The corn/masa soup with tempura shrimp was silky smooth and an innovative presentation. The lobster roll - though a small portion - was delectable and refreshingly lacking in fillers or sauce - it let the flavor of the Lobster shine on a toasted "New England" roll. The fried oyster sandwich was fantastic - thrilling these ex-Marylanders - with perfectly fried oysters on a soft roll. The accompanying watermelon side salad complimented the rich flavors of the sandwiches. The german chocolate pie-in-a-jar was delicious. Cocktails were innovative and well crafted. Adam's service excelled."

"This was our first visit to Ocean Prime and now it is a favorite to which we will return. We had a special table request which was handled more attentively and sensitively than we have ever experienced before. The food was unequivocally among the best seafood in Denver. The crab cakes pleased all four ex-Marylanders in our party. The French onion soup got rave reviews. The sides of Brussels sprouts and jalapeno au gratin were delicious. All seafood entrees were perfectly prepared. The service struck the perfect balance of attentive, present and professional without hovering. The ambiance is upscale without pretense while multiple glass window/walls creating a sense of privacy while feeling open."

Deal makers, politicians and businessmen frequent the restaurant regularly making it the place see and be seen. The hotel main dining room serves traditional breakfast with a twist; deli sandwiches, creative entree's and salads for lunch, as well as our City Search 2006 Best Brunch winning Dom Perignon Sunday Brunch. Three tiers of champagne are offered to complement the experience: Domaine Chandon, Moet et Chandon, and of course, Dom Perignon.

"A predictably elegant Sunday Brunch Buffet with all the expected breakfast fare with omelettes, lamb, roast beef, sushi rolls, raw bar, seafood and a vast selection of sweets. There is no culinary magic here but a well prepared, beautifully presented brunch buffet in the elegant surroundings of the historic Brown Palace. Nice Jazz - I wish the musicians were next to the entrance door and the dessert buffet was with the other food. It might lessen the volume of the very nice jazz combo that can make conversation difficult and it might improve the flow of the room where the jazz group is set up now. Service was very professional and attentive."

"This was our best brunch buffet expereince in years and, by far, the best on Oahu. The buffet offerings were diverse, well, presented and constantly refreshed and delicious. The service was attentive - much more than you might expect at a buffet brunch. The oceanside setting and the gracious shaded open-air verandah seating was relaxing and beautiful. Add in a stroll through the dolphin lagoon and along the beach and we even walked off a few calories! The Kahala Resort is as gracious and well maintained as ever."
