Mignonette is a Miami oyster bar brought to you by Chef Daniel Serfer and Ryan Roman. We have a great selection of oysters, seafood, veggies and prime rib.<br /><br />Daniel Serfer, a Miami native, opened his first restaurant, Blue Collar, in January 2012. Frequented by locals and visitors alike, Blue Collar offers American comfort food in a casual setting attached to a hooker motel.<br /><br />Drawing on the success of Blue Collar, Mignonette provides an approachable, fun environment where patrons can enjoy a dozen oysters, a bottle of champagne, classic seafood preparations like Oysters Rockefeller and Clams Casino, and a kickass prime rib. Once again driven to create the kind of restaurant he enjoys, Serfer is excited to bring a unique oyster bar experience to the guests who have made Blue Collar so popular. This new spot isn’t attached to a hooker motel, but since oysters are an aphrodisiac, you may end up back at the motel when all is said and done.

"I am so happy we found this restaurant...Amazing selection of east and west coast oysters, all delicious and perfectly shucked. My husband had the clam chowder, which was exceptional (New England style) We followed that with S. African lobster tails, also perfect...and at a great price. Desserts were limited, but delicious. Can't wait to return!"

mojo has food, spiritual and sexual connotations and after one visit, you too can attest to the fact that the restaurant is quite aptly named. Chef owned and operated, Domenick Falcione has not only created an inviting space to go with his creative food but his second passion, abstract art, allows visitors to experience his work between bites. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, full service bar with signature martinis, a botiquey wine list and specials that change daily keep both new and returning costumers excited.

"Breaded veal cutlet is not schnitzel. Meal started off well...Ravioli and onion soup apps very good...But then came the main course. What a disappointment! Mediocre breaded veal cutlet had little flavor. Cheesecake dessert was also only fair, but flour less chocolate cake was excellent. Despite the great prix fixed meal, I don't think we'll be returning."

"Appetizers were disappointing...Breading did not stay on calamari and flatbread had a soggy crust. Mains fared better: short ribs and grouper, though the grouper portion was very skimpy for the price and although task, the short ribs and mashed potatoes were only luke warm. Will try their burgers next time and hope for a better experience."

"We dined here for Miami Spice and the meal was superb...Haven't been back since Phillip Ruiz left the kitchen, but glad we went. Both food and service were outstanding. We added the cheese cart to our dinner....Haven't had such wonderful cheeses out of Europe. We can't wait to return!"
