Executive Chef Laurent Tourondel brings the celebrated flavors of BLT Steak to South Beach. Located in the newly remodeled Betsy Hotel, BLT Steak showcases Tourondel's signature warm popovers and specially selected Wagyu, Kobe and Certified Angus Beef. In addition to seasonal blackboard specials, the menu also offers fresh fish including Sauteed Dover Sole and Tuna Tartare with avocado and soy-lime dressing. Amidst the bustling atmosphere of South Beach, guests at BLT Steak can enjoy a meal al fresco on the restaurant's 80-seat patio perfectly situated on Ocean Drive, providing picturesque views of the Atlantic Ocean and a one-of-a-kind BLT experience.

<br />Altamare - a hidden “locals only” secret in Sobe - is a fusion between owner Claudio Giordano’s two passions: Italian cuisine and fishing. These aspects come together in a menu that showcases the best catches from local fishing boats intermingled with classic Italian dishes. <br /><br />Our décor reflects South Beach style however, the food is anything but pretentious. The likes of wahoo crudo; fresh oysters; short rib lasagnette; and beautifully presented fresh fish are just a few items that keep locals coming back. <br /><br />We are located on the Western end of Lincoln road mall, just off the beaten path. Stray from the overly-commercial glamorized retail stores and tourist trap eateries, with a short hop across Alton Road to discover this local favorite.

Johnny V opened in December of 2003 and features the unique cuisine of Chef Johnny Vinczencz. The food is Regional American with Latin and Caribbean influences. Chef Vincencz combines the freshest ingredients of South Florida with a beautifully blended selection of spices from the Caribbean and South America. The result is a wide ranging menu of unique items, like blue corn crusted calamari and ancho cinnamon grilled pork tenderloin. Sporting bold compositions and beautiful presentations, the cuisine at Johnny V is like a trek through America's Heartland by way of the islands. The Chef and his staff have worked had to make dining in this restaurant an elegant adventure. <br /><br />The restaurant has received numerous accolades including 4 stars from the Miami Herald, 4 Stars from the Sun-Sentinel and Wine Spectator’s Award of Excellence. In 2005, it was voted #1 of the top 100 restaurants in the Sun-Sentinel as well as Best New Restaurant in Conde Nast Traveler.

"There is nothing like Brunch with a twist on breakfast favorites. There is a great selection of both egg and sandwich and salad dishes . Service is outstanding and had a great waiter who made sure all dishes for our party of nine were out together and HOT, a rarity for a large group."
