"Our server did not seem to know the menu thoroughly enough, kept us waiting far too long for our drinks (so much so that another waiter/bar staff brought out two of them), forgot the appetizer that went with one of the Prix Fixe meals, and brought out three rounds of rolls waiting for the entrees which had clearly been on a warmer for awhile, as all of the plates were hot to the touch.
In the end, the meal was wonderful, and we were all extremely happy, but it would have been so much better if our service was more on-point. Just a little more training, and they'll have it down!"
