Atlanta chef, Jay Swift, brings his passion and creative interpretation of seasonal comfort food to 4TH & Swift. Occupying the space that was formerly the engine room to Southern Dairies, the restaurant retains many of the original elements. Exposed brick, concrete and beams are<br />updated with contemporary accents such as warm woods, rich fabrics and brushed white metals.<br /><br />At 4th & Swift, Chef/Owner Jay Swift has created a new level in the evolution of the dining scene here in Atlanta. Jay’s culinary focus is one based on the advancement of Southern cuisine; for Jay Southern is less about reinventing regional classics than inventing new ones using regional and local products.

The Atlanta Grill offers grilled steaks, chops and seafood as well as Southern-inspired cuisine in a club-like, warm atmosphere. Large murals commissioned just for Atlanta Grill grace the walls of the restaurant & bar. Juvia is a 10,000 square foot indoor/ outdoor restaurant and lounge on the penthouse level of the parking garage by Herzog & de Meuron at 1111 Lincoln Road. Owned and operated by Jonas and Alexandra Millan of Bonito St. Barth, Juvia's dining room features a vertical garden, designed by internationally acclaimed botanist Patrick Blanc, which invokes the lushness of the Amazon rainforest. Chefs are: Laurent Cantineaux, a protege of Daniel Boulud, Sunny Oh, formerly of Nobu South Beach, and pastry Chef Gregory Gourreau, who has worked with Alain Ducasse and Francois Payard. The trio serves a harmonious blend of the regional cuisines of Asia, the vibrant flavors of South America and classic French techniques in the form of ceviches, tiraditos, fresh seafood and prime meats.

Big and Bustling, Shaw's Crab House stands as a monument to fish and seafood. Besides the usual popular dishes, Shaw's management team is passionate about presenting treats such as Pacific salmon, fresh king crab, and smelt during their short seasons. Reservations made through Open Table will be for Shaw's Main Dining Room. If you would like to dine in the Oyster Bar, all seating is on a first come first serve basis.

One of America's most successful restaurants, this New York steakhouse opened in 1977 and has been a hit ever since. It is one of the most trafficked restaurants in New York City and among the most celebrated steakhouses in the world. Specializing in fresh seafood and lobster and assorted steaks and chops, Smith & Wollensky is well recognized for its healthy portions, seasoned service staff and pop Americana ambience. The painted wood exterior is dark forest green trim on sparkling white, with latticework trim. The elegant interior has turn-of-the-century appeal and design elements including shining brass, dark wood accents and polished wood floors. Adjacent to Smith & Wollensky's is Wollensky's Grill. The Grill (entrance on 49th St) is open from 11:30AM till 2:00AM but does not accept reservations.
