Catherine"s Restaurant is a charming BYOB nestled in the heart of Chester County's horse country. An upscale casual destination restaurant, located in the historic (c. 1851) Unionville General Store, Catherine's is 'dining at it's BEST.' (Philadelphia Inquirer) Chef Kevin McMunn's "Wild Mushroom & Lump Crab Soup is EXQUISITE." - Craig Laban. Catherine's is one of the Delaware Valley's top BYOB's and has earned many accolades over the past decade. They are rated EXCELLENT by Zagat. Chef Kevin McMunn and his partner & wife Marybeth Brown are an exceptional team that pay homage to Brown's grandmother, Catherine, with their warm and welcoming hospitality and unbelievably delicious food! The gorgeous dining room is lit entirely by candles - over 125 - which adds to the special touch of mini flashlights which come with every menu. Catherine's has recently added Lunch and weekend Brunch to their dining hours. The Blueberry Lemon Ricotta Pancakes are the perfect way to end the weekend!

"This is a steakhouse - you know what you are going to get. The steaks were good, the sides were good. And generous. The wine list is decent. We ate the early bird special (we came from the east coast so it didn't seem early). Excellent value - $25 for a very good upscale meal. There weren't many customers in a very large place when we were there. So it was quiet, but frankly a bit depressing."

Chef Bill Gilbert's charming French style bistro in downtown Reno celebrates authentic French cooking as well as modern interpretation of French cuisine.

We serve Niman Ranch beef, lamb, and pork, Liberty Duck, and much of our organic produce is sourced locally including wild and exotic mushrooms from Connie Green.

Our extensive bar and wine list is available early for your pleasure. Outdoor seating is also available seasonally. Private dining arrangements are available on request.

We are proud to be voted "Reno's Best French Restaurant" for over a decade, and "Reno's Most Romantic Restaurant" in 2014 by the Reno News & Review.

"We were looking for a restaurant away from the casino scene. Beaujolais Bistro was perfect - in a converted residence across the street from the river. Excellent food, beautifully presented. The wine list, although not extensive, is very good. Attentive, friendly service. We ate on the porch, which was very pleasant. There were also a number of tables on the lawn in front of the house. It appeared to us that, were we sitting inside, we would have found it quite noisy. This is not an inexpensive restaurant (certainly by Reno standards). With a bottle of wine, it will surely be over $100 for two, even if one is trying hard to be frugal (which we were not). But for us, it was well worth it."

"This is our special occasion restaurant. In this case the occasion was an out of town guest. She loved it, of course. In all the times I have been at Lewnes', I have had beef, but on this occasion I had tuna for a change. Also excellent."
