"We loved the food. The scallop appetizer was the best scallops dish ever. The tuna appetizer was equally delicious. We shared a steak, lobster tail surf and turf and and thought that was also prepared perfectly. Our waiter was attentive. We did not love the music that was a pretty constant beat but we are in our early 70's and not super fans of loud music. We will come back but wish it were a little quieter."

"Our waiter was wonderful and very apologetic for the delay in our dinner because they were short a couple of servers. But the food was not especially noteworthy. My husband's chicken paprikash was a little too heavy on tomato. My sanddaps were good but not spectacular. I had heard very good things about the restaurant but was disappointed."

Established in the heart of Palm Springs since 1973, Le Vallauris located at the foot of San Jacinto Mountains has been the highest rated restaurant in the Palm Springs Valley since its inception. Owned and operated by the well known restaurateur Paul Bruggemans who was also owner of the Famous Le St Germain restaurant in Hollywood. The Historic Landmark was built in 1927 and was owned by the owners of the famous Desert Inn which was The hotel in the Valley. Many grand parties were held in the house for guests such as Duke Ellington, Nat King Cole, Louis Armstrong and many more. It was a favorite place for General Patton when he was based in Palm Springs to stage the Battle of the Bulge during World War II. Later on, when the restaurant was established it became a favorite place for Presidents and the Hollywood elite. The renowned Patio lined with Giant Fichus trees is THE place to dine. The Patio is cooled in the Summer and heated in the Winter.

Since 1980, Chef Raymond and D"Arcy Arpke have operated this exquisite restaurant set inside a charming island bungalow. Considered one of the most romantic "restaurants in the country." Euphemia Haye is well known for its creative and carefully sourced ingredients, impeccable service and intimate atmosphere. Featuring a diverse, satisfying, eclectic menu that "wows" diners with favorites including Euphemia Haye's famous Prime Pepper Steak, Roast Ducking with seasonal sauces, Sweetbreads, nightly Veal and fresh, local Fish specials. Food writers such as Fodor's and the New York Times, consistently describe Euphemia Haye as being "extraordinary" and "the stuff dreams are made of." Euphemia Haye is ranked among the nation's top restaurants. Please visit our web site at www.EuphemiaHaye.com for more of our menu offerings, awards, FAQ and to learn about the Haye Loft and make a reservation.

"The food is absolutely delicious and the ambiance is wonderful. The service is fabulous. I had the red snapper and my husband had a New York strip steak. They were both sensational. We
always go to Euphemia Haye at least once while we are in Florida for our annual 10 day vacation.

Made from scratch, family recipe Italian cuisine in Highwood since 1932, and at it's current location since 1982. Serving a selection of Fresh Seafood delivered daily including our very popular Prince Edward Island Steamed Mussels. Also, we offer some of the best thin crisp crust pizza, which was the first pizza served on the North Shore at Scornavacco's since 1944. All the classics are here, homemade pastas, hand carved and pounded out chicken and veal parmigiana, limone, piccata, and of course lasagnas, meatballs, and of course homemade desserts.

"Our waiter fully understood the time restraints so we coud get to the Opera with plenty of time to spare. The blackened salmon was fabulous as was the corn chowder. Perfect meal to have before the Opera."
