"We've been to Spago, Le Cirque, Picasso, Nobu, L'Atelier & almost all the restaurants in Vegas, but Cut is a cut above all. Fantastic service and delicious food. We had the BMW owner's exclusive 6-course prix fixe special and it was excellent. Starting from the potato knish to the hazelnut baked Alaska. The lobster, crab & shrimp salad, the fresh burrata w/ prosciutto, the maple glazed pork belly and the NY sirloin with bone marrow flan were all perfectly cooked, well balanced flavor and just the right portion. The wait staff did a great job explaining each dish, making sure our drinks were refilled and that we were satisfied with each course. Overall, the best best steakhouse in Vegas."

"The chilled Maine lobster salad was a refreshing way to start the dinner course. The Dover sole filet with the white corn & chorizo was a cooked perfectly and the flavor had a nice balance. The strawberry dessert with fresh strawberries, cookie crumbles, white chocolate and yuzu sorbet was delicious was to end the meal."

"Service was slow. Our waiter only came by twice. Once to take the order and second to bring the check. Someone else brought our food. We had to flag down service to have water refilled. The cucumber parfait as an amuse bouche was nice and refreshing. The french onion soup was too salty. The eggs benedict was good with the chorizo. The shirred eggs and lobster topped with caviar was a great entree for brunch."

"The service from the hostess to the waitstaff was very friendly and attentive. The tasting menu had a good assortment of sushi, cold and hot dishes. We also ordered a couple of items off the menu. The lobster dynamite was very good. You get half a lobster and the creamy mushroom sauce was good. The A4 wagyu fried rice was like butter. Very delicious and big portion to share with another. The creamy shrimp had a little kick that was good. The spicy tuna with the crispy rice was a nice blend of crispiness and fresh sushi. The miso black cod was another dish that melted like butter, no need to use a knife, nice, soft, full of flavor."

"The heirloom tomatoes with crispy guanciale and basil puree was a very good appetizer. The main lobster fritters and the instant bacon (pork belly) was delicious. The stripsteak and lobster claw was a good surf & turf combo. The stripsteak had lots of flavor and is on the fattier side, which I like. The strawberry shortcake had a unique twist with pop rocks candy. The mascarpone cheesecake was not too dense and refreshing."

Hussong's Cantina & Taqueria opened in 1892 in Ensenada Mexico. Hussong's invented the Margarita in 1941 by bartender Don Carlos Orozco. The name Hussong's has attached itself to chili cook-offs, tee-shirts, bumper stickers, beer, wine and tequila. Laugh and sing along with the rock 'n' roll mariachi bands or enjoy an Original Margarita. Whenever you visit Hussong's you perpetuate the legend.

"Service was poor. The waiter was hard to get a hold of. Another waiter had to help us. We were there for the 3 course restaurant week. The food between each course took long to come out. The seabass with risotto was average. The cookie butter creme brulee was a bit too sweet."

"The mini lobster tacos were very delicious with the avocado puree. The beef stroganoff was a nice twist to the classic dish. The braised short ribs for the beef stroganoff was very tender and flavorful. The chicken Kiev was crusted with Lay's potato chips, a very interesting dish. The chicken was a little dry, but the flavor was good. The bacon brussels sprouts with the chicken kiev was excellent. The toffee bread pudding with captain crunch cereal and salted caramel was a good way to end the meal."
