"The edamame was a little too under cook for me. The sliced hamachi with jalepeno was really good, fresh & excellent quality like their nigiri assortment platter for the signature tasting menu. The creamy rock shrimp was good on top of the arugula. The miso glazed black cod was soft and melted like butter. The cappuccino with whiskey foam on top was a good dessert to end the course."

Hugo's Cellar is a romantic setting for gourmet dining, perfect for all occasions. Ladies are greeted with a long-stemmed rose and welcomed to a warm and gracious atmosphere by our attentive staff. The classic old-style Vegas menu features a table side salad included with all entrees, featuring black Angus beef, veal, duck chicken, flown-in-fresh seafood and numerous classics, all served with seasonal vegetables. Finish your meal with our table-side flambeed desserts and our crowning delights of white and dark chocolate dipped strawberries, apricot and figs. Voted best gourmet room by The Best of Las Vegas Review Journal 2013.

"The waitstaff was very professional, friendly and attentive. The food was just delicious. The beef wellington was cooked perfectly medium rare with a nice fluffy, flaky crust. Their salad was amazing and even more so since it was included with the entree. The sorbet in between the salad & entree was refreshing and complimentary."

"The bento box had a great assortment of delicious tasting tapas style. The strawberry arugula salad, soft shell crab rolls, egg rolls, sea bass, yellowtail sashimi and NY strip steak were all delcious & perfectly cooked. The mascarpone blueberry compote cheesecake with espresso sauce was very light and a great way to finish the meal."

Butterfly offers the perfect mix of food, atmosphere, an amazing California Wine List and great decor. Chef Robert Lam was named as a previous "Top 6 Rising Star Chef" by The Chronicle, Lam continues to impress by bringing his innovative California-Asian cuisine to the waterfront location on the Embarcadero. " Narsai David of KCBS said," Butterfly is a happening place". Best seafood soup, I have ever had!" A few suggestions Clams and Mussels, Salmon and Strawberry Rolls, Kalua Pig in Butter Lettuce Cups, Crispy Fried Whole Fish, and Banana Bread Pudding for dessert.

"Service was very attentive. The pecan-crusted Chilean sea bass was very moist and flavorful. You do not need a knife for this dish. It was paired with asparagus & mashed potatoes which were excellent."

"The tarte flambee was different and was like a thin flatbread pizza. The angus sliders and salt & pepper shrimp was nothing special and something you can get elsewhere. The crab salad had a kick to it but was really good. The pork belly fried rice was a bit too salty. The pork belly lo mein was better. The service was a bit slow as it took awhile to refill water."

"The service was excellent. The risotto aragosta was delicious. The risotto was cooked perfectly. The steakhouse experience was decent, there are other steakhouses with better center cut filet oscar style. An absolute must to get after the dinner is their French press coffee service which includes whipped cream, crystal sugar sticks, chocolate shavings and biscottis."

Enveloped in shades of signature blues, the entrance to Hakkasan Las Vegas restaurant invites guests to enter into a different world. Upon arrival, guests are greeted by a luxurious array of ambient sounds, scents and lighting, creating a relaxed mood and sensual vibe. Located on the first level is the main dining area, separated by latticed woodwork partitions for intimate dining spaces within the main room while still sharing the atmosphere of the entire dining area. The second level boasts a private dining area overlooking the main dining room, serving as a private oasis designed to provide a more intimate setting for socializing.

"Service is always excellent at Hakkasan. The crab meat supreme soup is delicious. The Hakka pork belly claypot is a must try with the soft & flavorful pork belly. The passion fruit panna cotta and the yuzu & mango mousse are definitely two very unique desserts to try."
