Columbia Firehouse, is a modern American brasserie and bar. The 120 seat first floor focuses on familiar comfort food, a nifty raw bar, small plates for sharing, steamed mussels and fresh salads, sandwiches and suppers. Meanwhile, work will continue on the second floor with a space destined to become a stylish, intimate chop house.

"We had brunch here and were pleasantly surprised to discover that it was Restaurant Week and that, unlike other restaurants that limit their offerings during Restaurant Week, The Columbia Firehouse had nearly the entire menu available and still delivered the same stellar service as always!
We tried the pimento cheese dip, a gooey treat served in a cast iron pan and accompanied by tasty, house-made bread. We delighted in the oyster sandwich appetizer, which turned out to be mini sliders of just-right fried oysters on buns, all held together by bamboo picks. My friend enjoyed the chicken and waffles while I had the chophouse salad with steak. For dessert we had the ice cream sundae and the banana dessert. We both gobbled everything down!

"We met some friends for dinner here. The service is top notch! Friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. The bar drinks were watery though, and food only so-so. The decor of the restaurant is vibrant and comfortable."

"We had brunch here following a wedding at the hotel. We expected blah hotel food and were pleasantly startled by the made-to-order eggs, wide selection of breakfast meats, lox bar and pastry selections. The fresh squeezed orange juice was another stunner. The service was attentive and friendly. Everyone was dedicated to helping us enjoy our meal."
