If this country has a culinary cradle, it's in Northern Sonoma, where the fruits of local labor—from outstanding produce to handcrafted cheese—have never been on a plane. Drawing upon regional ingredients is a superior way to eat and one can taste the freshness in Chef de Cuisine Dustin Valette's Dry Creek Kitchen specialties. You can also experience the regional abundance in the six-course, wine-trail tasting menu, featuring "neighborhood" food and wine pairings.
Dry Creek Kitchen's wine cellar reflects the area's celebrated appellations, featuring more than 600 Sonoma wines with vintages ranging from 1985 to 2007 and a particular emphasis on Pinot Noir and Chardonnay as well as Cabernet Sauvignon and Meritage Blends.
Charlie Palmer's long standing commitment to wine manifests itself in his one-of-kind-collection drawing from the private libraries and cellars of the area's winemakers.

"Absolutely amazing food- Creative tapas, perfectly cooked, the best "Andalusian" gazpacho we have ever had, delicious sangria.
Helpful, efficient, friendly service.Modest restaurant in decor; relaxed setting with bar outside, as well as some tables indoors.
Reasonable prices. In an environment of excellent Sonoma restaurants, Bravas is more than worth a reservation.
Too good to be true! Thanks!

Gordon and Fiona Hamersley have owned one of Boston's most popular restaurants for 20 years. Hamersley's Bistro serves contemporary, full-flavored French/Mediterranean food in a relaxed environment. Located in the fashionable South End, Hamersley's is adjacent to the Boston Center for the Arts and its' affiliated theaters and galleries. The historic brick building, which originally housed a piano factory, has been transformed into one of Boston's most comfortable dining atmospheres. The dining room has butter yellow walls, exposed beams and a view of the open kitchen so diners can watch the chefs work in their brightly colored baseball caps. There is also a cozy bar, where neighborhood regulars gather for food and drinks, as well as a large patio for casual summer dining.

"Brunch was absolutely delicious. Best lobster/cheese omlette I have ever had. Service was somewhat slow, which appeared to be the fault of the kitchen vs. the wait staff, since our food arriving piping hot and fresh. Gorgeous views of beautiful Boston and relaxed, but elegant atmosphere.
Definitely a top special occasion place!

Located at 40 Brattle Street in Harvard Square, Alden & Harlow serves thoughtfully sourced, honest American food in a subterranean, modern and comfortable space. Replicating the style of cooking he does for family and friends in his home kitchen, Chef Michael Scelfo prepares humble, unpretentious food that honors tradition of place in its quality. It's how he connects with anyone who joins them at their table.

While reservations are strongly suggested, we also save a portion of the dining room and bar for walk-ins in the event that your request cannot be accommodated, so, please, come on in!

Parties of 8 or more, please call to make a reservation.
"Lively, modern, really different from Casa B, where we were regulars. Modern, tasty and unusual small plates. Started early before the theater. When we left the place was packed."

A farm to table American restaurant with a focus on seafood. Our menus change daily to reflect the best of what the markets have to offer and allows us to feature the work of many local artisans, growers and fishermen. A three course seafood tasting menu is always available. Jeremy and Lisa Sewall created Lineage Restaurant"s concept. We are a married couple with extensive culinary experience and deep New England roots. Located in the heart of Coolidge Corner, Brookline, Massachusetts, the name "Lineage" is based on Jeremy's own. In 1705, when this "Muddy River" hamlet of Boston became incorporated, Samuel Sewall, son of Judge Sewall of Salem Witch Trials fame, lent the community his services as the first Town Clerk and, it is thought, the name of his family's "Brooklin" lands, which lay between the Charles and Muddy Rivers.

"Seafood tasting menu was especially unusual and delicious. A great find near Coolidge Corner theater. Service was great, but this is a place to savor, not rush through. Salads, appetizers and wine list all top notch."
