Morton's The Steakhouse, the nation's premier steakhouse group, specializes in classic, hearty fare, serving generous portions of USDA prime aged beef, as well as fresh fish, lobster and chicken entrees. The menu features a variety of favorite cuts, including a 24 ounce porterhouse, which is the house specialty; a 16 ounce New York Strip and a 12 ounce double cut filet.

"We love Mortons of Boca - we had: A Caesar Salad, filet, asperagus, and the great chocolate mousse - everything was totally delicious and we recmmend it highly. While the food is great, the service at all levels distinguishes Mortons of Boca from all other restaurants. Everyone is treated as a special guest from the moment one arrives until one leaves. It is unbelievable how kind everyone is. After a warm welcome from Sandy, and Michael, one of the managers, Hecor, another manager, showed us to our table, asked us how we were, and was totally friendly. JP was our server and was excellent and other servers, along with John, the manager, stopped by to make sure all is well. The team effort makes everyone feel special. Also unlike other steakhouses, Mortons does not have 'hidden' charges - by this I mean we ordered some hollandise sauce for the asperagus. At other steakhouses, one is surprisingly charged for it but not at Mortons where again the staff goes the extra mile for each guest. Thanks to all!"

Known for its exceptional food and service, Chops consistently ranks as one of the top ten steakhouses in the country. Exquisite seafood flown in fresh daily and the very best USDA prime aged beef are served with style in the warm ambience of the dark wood dining room. On the lower level, Lobster Bar is a seafood lover’s paradise. The mosaic-style dining room is the ideal setting to enjoy signature items like the Savannah Lump Crab Cocktail and Famous Jumbo Batter Fried Lobster Tail. Enjoy a cocktail before dinner or savor a glass of wine from the extensive list in Chops’ inviting bar. Whether you’re dining for business or pleasure, a meal at Chops is sure to make a lasting impression. We serve dinner seven days a week. Proper dress is required.

"We had not been to Chops for a while. It was busy even though we went early. Our server, Lona, was great, and the manager, Mimi, stopped by a couple of times to make sure all was well. We really enjoyed our entrees (tuna and crab cakes) and the chocolate molten cake was delicious. The only negative was the bread was stale and of course with so many people it was noisy. But, we look forward to returning!"

"It was outstanding - we are regular diners at Mortons in Boca. The steaks are cooked to perfecton and we really enjoyed ours. The chocolate mousse dessert is terrific. The service from the entire team makes it totally memorable. As we had not eaten there for a while, one of the managers, Hector, called to make sure we were OK! The entire team was pleased to see us, and we had Antonio as our server. As we enjoy eating out, we do not think we have ever seen a serving team at all levels that works together so well and seem to enjoy their jobs. We see everyone treated as valued guests and it makes the occasion a special one. We recommend Mortons highly - the best of Boca!"

"Chops has been a long-time favorite of ours and we used to go about once a week or every 10 days. Things have changed. The new menu is not as good, and this is the second time our bill was not correct. This time my husband ordered the peppercorn swordfish; he does not want the potatoes so has always asked that asparagus be substituted, and it was never a problem. The server told us the asparagus had changed, and it now was served with parmesan cheese - he said OK. But, we instead were charged for a side, and the cheese had completely melted in only one part of the plate. We both enjoyed our entrees - I had the crab cakes - and we enjoyed the dessert - but it is not the same unfortunately, and the number of possible entrees has changed to ones we that are not our favorites."

"The new offerings are not as good as the previous ones. Nontheless avoiding the new offerings after trying some of them or doing some subsitution, which Chops allows, the food is good. The service was fine - we were charged twice for one entree but we eat their regularly and it seemed to be a one-off mistake. As always it is energetic and hard to hear but the food and service make up for the high noise level."

Sapphire Boca Raton is the latest and most enthralling new venture by NJ/NY based Indian Cuisine Restauranteur Raju Brahmbhatt. Indian Cuisine, the food from the Indian subcontinent in Asia is primarily characterized by the extensive use of various spices, herbs and other vegetables and sometimes fruits. The subcontinent is as diversified in its culinary traditions as its languages and religions, thus, include a wide assortment of dishes and cooking techniques. As a consequence, it varied from region to region, reflecting the varied demographics. The idea behind this concept is to show Floridians something that reflects modern India in terms of design, ambiance, and cuisine.

"The food was great and the service was extremely attentive. We were totally surprised as we were toasting to my husband's upcoming birthday. The waiter picked up on it and provided a complimetary traditional Indian dessert with a fun candle. The restaurant is a nice addition to the area with a pleasant ambience. Try it!"

"Boca has a great French restaurant in La Nouvelle Maison. It was our first time there, and we are so looking forward to returning. The menu is varied, and the chef was great to make a substitution for us. Adam was an outstanding server, and we will request him next time. Safe room for dessert - there are terrific choices - and the profiteroles are the best anywhere."
