Tuscan born Chef Cesare Casella, who is also Dean of Italian Studies at the International Culinary Center, collaborates with the Rosi family, renowned in Italy for their family-owned and operated company Parmacotto to bring New York’s Upper West Side Salumeria Rosi Parmacotto.
The 25-seat space was designed by Italian Oscar-winning set designer Dante Ferretti and draws inspiration from a traditional Italian salumeria in modern scenery. They have brought to New York the experience found in traditional salumeria throughout Italy; guests can purchase the highest-quality cured or cooked meats to take home, or enjoy time with friends over a glass of wine and a selection of small plates.
The menu consists of assaggi, or tastings, available for lunch and dinner. These assaggi allow everyone to taste a variety of items and experience the spirit of Tuscan flavors to the fullest. Using only the finest and freshest ingredients, Chef Casella offers the best of classic Tuscan cuisine.

Home of Framingham’s Award-Winning Brews John Harvard’s Framingham has a long list of award-winning brews, a casual family-friendly atmosphere and a large private dining room for special events and meetings. Stop by to watch a game in the pub area, sample one of our medal-contender beers on tap or cask, and try a premium burger or spent grain pizza made from the brewing grains. Great Comfort Food menu selection with Chicken Pot Pie winning many awards.

"My wife and I dined here recently for her birthday. We had a drink at the bar before sitting down and the bartender was very friendly and both of our cocktails were great. For dinner all dishes were top notch - mushroom risotto cakes and tuna tetaki for appetizers and a swordfish special and lobster gnocci for entrees. Randy recommended a shiraz (Blue Eyed Boy) and it was outstanding. Overall it was a great experience."
