"Great sense of hospitality. Went to try Spice Menu; all food was delicious and well presented, I just found out that portions are minimal including dessert. Valet parking is $12.00 extra"

Growing up in Saronno, Italy, Aldo Marcon would pretend he was the "Amaretto Cookie Chef" in his grandmother"s kitchen. He started cooking as soon as he could get his hands on the stove and never looked back. Marcon studied at Hotel-Restaurant Culinary School "Carlo Porta" in Milan, has worked for notable restaurants throughout the world creating awe-inspiring dishes.<br /> <br />In 2005, Chef Marcon was featured in a few TV Food shows in New Orleans. Afterwards working as chef and owner of La Riviera in Metairie. Cooked for Saint-Michael's Charity Events (Baby Down Syndrome) along with renown chefs Emeril Lagasse and Mario Batali.<br /> <br />In 2008, he moved to Miami and has worked for Cafe Milano, Quattro and Puntino, some of the most renown Italian restaurants in Miami Beach. <br /><br />He says he is a student to his guests, but full of surprises that please them!
