Seal Beach's intimate 320 Main long ago set the benchmark in Orange County for cutting edge, creative craft cocktails. Owners Jason & Rebecca Schiffer have all but perfected the art of re-imagining popular cocktail recipes, utilizing the latest techniques and ingredients, all the while refining their standard cocktail repertoire that pays homage to America's greatest gift to the culinary world.

320 Main recently appointed Chef Jaime Carrano, who now brings a similar ethos to the kitchens of 320. An alumni of prestigious kitchens in Southern California including Bouchon Beverly Hills and Charlie Palmer at South Coast Plaza, as well as New York City's acclaimed Aureole, Chef Carrano's new menus feature a delicious offering of accessible American cuisine, utilizing classic French techniques and the freshest and finest of ingredients.

Food and drink should not only feed your body but also feed your soul.

"I never order steak in restaurants, but always wanted to order a Hanger Steak after reading abut this cut in a recipe from my Paris cookbook. It was delicious! In recent months the menu has been revised constantly, sometimes for better, sometimes for worse. Please keep the Hanger Steak!"

Delicious, juicy grilled steaks, Australian Cold Water Lobster, Giant Crab Legs dipped in butter, Fresh Halibut and Swordfish await you at this hip 1960’s retro underground steakhouse. Voted a top 10 privately owned steakhouse in Southern California by Channel 9 “On The Town”!

Best martini’s in the OC according to OC Weekly and a great drink and fine wine selection are available for you! The late evening provides dancing and lounging in the famous Underground Lounge. Do not miss a 51-year piece of Newport Beach and Costa Mesa History! We specialize in small parties and groups. Walk-ins always welcome. Visit our website at www.lacaverestaurant.com

"We went to La Cave for the first time ever for our anniversary on the recommendation of a friend. My husband loves those red booths but we were wedged into one in an alcove with another couple close by which felt kind of awkward. Privacy with strangers. Husband really like the place but I found it kind of claustrophobic -dark and cramped. The food is good however and we did enjoy ourselves."

"Has a quirky menu, but I like quirky. I ordered Duck Toast with goat cheese mousse, black fig, duck leg confit, and also Farro & Mushroom Risotto. And Vanilla Mascarpone Semifreddo for dessert. But they also serve cheeseburgers."

"The brussel sprout and crispy chicken salads were delicious, dessert was divine, nice outdoor setting on a quiet street, server was excellent, with big pours of wine."
