Chef Ana Sortun joins Sarma Chef/Owners Cassie Piuma, and Matt Piuma in this latest collaboration. <br /><br />Sarma is a fun and funky neighborhood restaurant in the style of a Turkish Meyhane ("wine-house"). It serves casual and carefully constructed small plates (Meze), alongside a bustling craft-cocktail program. The wine list is small, and impactful, featuring only natural wines intended to compliment Chef Cassie's flavorful cuisine.
