The Sushi Ko food philosophy is Cuisine of Subtraction. According to Creative Director Daisuke Utagawa, subtraction allows chefs to reveal the essence of each ingredient in it's most honest yet refined state. By subtly combining other ingredients, a taste sensation is created that demonstrates the complexity and beauty of nature for the eye and the palate.

"We are long time fans of Sushi-ko - Chevy Chase and its predecessor Sushi-ko (in DC, now closed). The last two time we've visited we felt the food and service were slipping. We hope that's because people were away over the holidays, but this last time we had to send back the tea (!) because the powder had not been mixed properly and was in clumps on top. Not a good sign."

Located in Harbor East, Ouzo Bay focuses on authentic Greek cuisine, emphasizing the freshest seafood and responsible cuisine. The opulent space offers a full service bar and lounge, as well as an extensive patio during the Spring, and Summer months. The dining room has beautiful views of the water, and cityscape.
