City Cellar Wine Bar & Grill offers a varied menu including delicious hearth baked pizza, dry aged steaks, housemade fresh pasta and seafood. Some of our more popular dishes are the Flatbread of the Night, Gulf Shrimp-Sea Scallop Risotto, and housemade charcuterie. The menu also features a daily selection of hard to find artisanal cheeses. The desserts are all enticing, all house made and very tasty. City Cellar features a huge award winning wine collection that can be sampled by the bottle, glass or "flight". Outdoor dining is available overlooking the beautiful fountains of CityPlace.

Vic & Angelo's menu items are inspired by our desire to transform the American approach to fine, Italian dining into a memorable experience that pays homage to the authentic culinary traditions of Italy.<br />We have traveled the world looking for the greatest dishes and finest ingredients. We take pride in only importing the freshest products and ingredients for our culinary delights. Our sauces are made with San Marzano tomatoes imported from directly from Naples and our pizza dough contains water imported from New York.<br />Each of our signature Italian dishes are created in house, using traditional cooking methods practiced by Italians for countless generations. We even hand-make our pasta, mozzarella and sausage!<br />Our atmosphere is warm and friendly, yet elegant and refined. We believe in the traditional Italian dinner, where everyone comes together to feast. So we invite our guests to sit down, relax, and enjoy their food and conversation with family and friends.

"Love this restaurant! Fun tables outside on the covered sidewalk allows you to watch the passersby and enjoy the weather. Tables indoors allows you to enjoy the ambiance of a fun, energetic, cute restaurant. Dishes are fresh and delicious. Meatball appetizer is a must-have. V & A Caesar salad comes with white anchovies, tomatoes and generously sliced fresh parm cheese. We had the mushroom taggliotelli which has a light cream tomato sauce, and the mushroom and truffle pizza. All delicious and highly recommended. Past experience gives a thumbs up to the fish and veal dishes as well. Service is excellent. Hostess / Reception can be a bit off-putting, but it is worth it once you get past these "gate-keepers"."
