From Legal Sea Foods, Legal C Bar emerges - a focused yet full-flavored social urban venue, casual in style.

Legal C Bar’s menu complements the bar forward concept and features many items suitable for sharing while also offering options for more traditional coursed dining. Tried-and-true Legal favorites along with exclusive offerings, including sushi and pizza, comprise the menu mix. Oyster lovers will find at least 8 different varieties daily.

We’ve received a boatload of accolades including “#1 Best Seafood Restaurant” (USA Today, 2013), “Most Popular Boston Restaurant” (Zagat, 2012/2013), “Best Seafood Restaurant” (Improper Bostonian, 2010), “Best Chowder” (Boston Magazine, 2010) and the honor of serving our legendary New England Clam Chowder at every presidential inauguration since 1981.

"This was our second time dining at the Lynnfield Legal C Bar. On our first visit, everything was first rate. On this visit, the results were very much mixed. Appetizers were top notch: bang bang cauliflower (to die for--and very inexpensive!) and popcorn shrimp were great. My cocktail almost seemed watered down. Service was attentive. I ordered a salad and lobster bisque for my meal, and both were good. My husband's fried clams were a small portion for the price, and he said that the preparation was very uneven--some cooked perfectly, some soggy, etc. not sure whether we'll return except for appetizers and wine (but not cocktails unless you like them weak!)."

East Coast Grill brings high level big, bold flavors with live fire grilled seafood and Low & Slow BBQ in a fun casual atmosphere. Highlighted by its open kitchen, full raw bar and funky décor; it remains a corner stone of the Greater Boston after 25 years!! The theory here is that the closer one gets to the equator, the more flavor there is in the food. Expect the chile-fueled heat of the Caribbean, the grill-savvy of Latin American cuisine, and the dynamism of Asia when you order from the regionally inspired menu. Our Brunch Bloody Mary bar has garnered quite the following of hard-core Bloody Mary enthusiasts. Drop by for Brunch (Sundays), Lunch (Saturdays), Dinner 7 days a week or for our late-nite snacks, raw bar and cocktails (Thursday through Saturday starting October 17th).

Barrel House American Bar, located in historic Ellis Square, in the heart of downtown Beverly, is a neighborhood bistro specializing in American and French regional cuisine. Our Depression era building features a bustling dining room, with an authentic tin ceiling, reclaimed wood floor, period lighting, and tufted banquette, providing a warm and comfortable space for Sunday brunch or an evening out. Casual diners and larger parties may enjoy our spacious family table and the friendly shared experience it provides. Or if you prefer, cozy up to our beautiful cast pewter bar for a classic cocktail or craft beer. At Barrel House American Bar, we believe in serving an outstanding home-made product in a sustainable and responsible way, while helping the local economy by buying from local producers.
"The drinks at Barrel House are outstanding; it's clear that their bartenders tKe their work seriously. The food is very good, and the vegetarian menu is a great idea. However, there are many dishes that did not appeal (fois gras, marrow) or had to be modified to comply with the common palate (omit the pig ears from the leek bisque and it's both outstanding and appealing). Food is very well prepared and yummy, just not outstanding. Prices are reasonable. Dining room is small,so even with a reservation you may wait unless you want to sit at the 'farmers table,' a concept I dislike immensely. A nice addition to Beverly."
