China Poblano is an entirely new concept from innovative chef José Andrés showcasing his personal take on Chinese and Mexican cuisines. Chinese noodles, dumplings, soups and hotpots served alongside tacos, guacamole, salads and ceviches in a festive setting.

Old World New Orleans brasseries that offers warmth, comfort, great food and good cheer. This John Besh restaurant combines the best of French, German and Creole Cuisines. Lüke offers an extensive French, German, and Belgian beer selection, including two exclusive house brews [custom-made in Louisiana]. The cuisine is unaffectedly Old World, using slow and traditional cooking techniques. The wine list will feature reds and whites from the Loire, Alsace, and Savoie regions, as well as Badischerwiens of Germany. Located in the heart of the Central Business District, Lüke will serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

"I had tried some of John Besh's other restaurants before so I was really looking forward to eating at Lüke. The charcuiterie tray is a great option for trying a wide selection of the various cured meat options that are available. Theseasoning on the main courses was severely lacking. What a shame to present such a nice mix of ingredients together and then not allow them to taste. I think even the rustic cooking that the entrees are based on included salt and other enhancing flavors available at the time... The deserts? Skip them. We had a few and they were either overcooked with little flavor or undercooked with off-textures. Go here for a drink and the charcuiterie plate and then head off to another place for your main meal."

From its first day, Emeril's Restaurant & the multitalented man who reinvents it with every meal became the focus of ecstatic praise. A decade after Emeril's Restaurant exploded onto the culinary scene, Emeril's has evolved & transformed itself for the 21st century by updating its flagship restaurant. Completed in 2000, the innovative details reflect the significance of the warehouse district location, new New Orleans cuisine & Emeril’s extensive wine list. The Food Bar is framed by a tapestry of glass encased spices showcasing the bold & creative flavors that Chef Emeril features. Emeril's state of the art kitchen is visible from the main dining room. Although walk-ins can be accommodated, reservations are highly recommended. Our dress policy is casual with no sleeveless shirts for men, no hats or flip flops. David Slater, Chef de Cuisine, and Kevin Delaune, General Manager, are dedicated to providing you with that memorable dining experience.

ink. is chef michael voltaggio’s first signature restaurant. alluding to the idea of permanence, ink. endeavors to create an indelible impression with flavor profiles that are inspired by the myriad of cultures that make up the city of los angeles. Thusly, he describes the food at ink. as “modern los angeles cuisine” and aspires to create an experience that will repurpose the term “fine dining” for angelenos.

MessHall- LA’s newest eatery located in the heart of Los Feliz. A re-interpretation of a classic American tavern, featuring a raw bar and a relaxed atmosphere of social/communal dining. Open spaces with a neo-industrial feel incorporating elements of the location’s history including its past as Cecil B. De Mille’s Willard’s Chicken Inn and The Brown Derby. MessHall will feature American Classics re-conceptualized by Chef Jim Tate and Sous Chef Sidoe Dukemajain using local, sustainable, organic and seasonal ingredients. Featuring a bar program by Ben Scott and his team of barsmith’s, with a heavy emphasis on classics, small batch new American spirits and craft beers.

The Tasting Kitchen is an eclectic mix of food, atmosphere and clientele, capturing the heart & soul of New American dining. The dimly lit dining room is the ultimate in intimate upscale dining while remaining a place you would be comfortable finishing a bottle of wine with friends until closing time.
The menu changes daily and exemplifies our scratch kitchen philosophy, with pastas made by hand daily, meats cured
in-house, produce from the local farmers' market, and everything made and sold the same day.
We offer handcrafted neo-classical food, epic design and atmosphere, and service that is both guide and companion throughout the experience. Come, ask questions, and enjoy

"I read the reviews before coming here so I was not expecting great service. The dim sum carts never came out as they come out whenever the chef feels like sending them out. The food is decent but nothing to go out of the way for. I had the strawberry salad and some of the greens were not thoroughly washed (I hate grit in my salad). The peroghis were good although could have used a bit more seasoning. Not sure if I would go back."

"In the past few weeks, the restaurant has added a new cart service that has some really interesting items. My favorite was the acorn squash with short rib and goat cheese. The papaya and shrimp was also good (be sure to combine all ingredients in one bite). I like the infused tequila cart, very different and fun. The pastrami tacos are a must order and the po-boy was very good. Be sure to get desert."

New York chef Tom Colicchio brings his passion for cooking with fire to the Las Vegas Strip with Tom Colicchio's Heritage Steak at The Mirage. The 220-seat restaurant will focuses on meats prepared entirely over an open flame – from wood-burning ovens to charcoal grills. On the menu, Tom returns to the American cultural tradition of meat, focusing on antibiotic-free animals raised by purveyors committed to time-honored farming practices and heritage breeds. The glow of the hearth permeates the entire restaurant and is reflected in the Bentel+Bentel design highlighting natural materials.

Zagat Rated: 25 Most Important Restaurants of 2013
