Served in select bars in various regions of Spain, offered as either cold or hot preparations, tapas have evolved into an increasingly sought after, relevant and sophisticated cuisine. Our guests are free to choose from a variety of flavorful "small plates" to enjoy with wine and cocktails, as snacks or as a full meal having the option to taste from a variety of options. <br /><br />Our menu and restaurant designed to encourage conversation, because people are not so focused upon eating an entire meal that is set before them. "Tapas by Alex Stratta" offers modern tapas with prominent Spanish accents, which can be enjoyed individually or shared amongst friends. Our offerings include Spanish cheese and cured meat selections, fresh seafood, organic meat and poultry, and Spanish paella dishes. Our cuisine is focused and respectful of the Spanish culinary tradition which can range from preparations which are bold and full flavored to others which are subtle and delicate.

"Lots of great choices on the menu. Having eaten here by myself, I highly recommend going with at least 2 or more people so that you can order more dishes to share (there are many good dishes to choose from). The frozen nougat was a surprisingly tasty dish for desert that is worth ordering."

"Went here opening night. Don't usually go for Italian normally but really enjoyed Chef Serrano's food at his other restaurants. The menu has so many great choices that I must have changed my mind on what to get 5 times before my server Giuseppe (great service btw) came back to take my order. Everything I had was great. I recommend taking at least another person so that you can get more plates to try. I liked it so much I am going back in two weeks to try more items. Highly recommend this restaurant. Great food and great service."

ink. is chef michael voltaggio’s first signature restaurant. alluding to the idea of permanence, ink. endeavors to create an indelible impression with flavor profiles that are inspired by the myriad of cultures that make up the city of los angeles. Thusly, he describes the food at ink. as “modern los angeles cuisine” and aspires to create an experience that will repurpose the term “fine dining” for angelenos.

Boneyard has it all. Real Southern BBQ slow smoked over Hickory, Santa Maria BBQ grilled over live Red Oak, and creative bistro fare influenced by all corners of the world. If adult beverages spark your fire we have what you want. We feature 42 taps of beer all focused on micro brews and specialty imports. We also have over 100 specialty brews in the bottle. When it comes to wine we feature at least 10 by the glass and will open almost any bottle you wish with a 2 glass min.. We have one of the largest Zinfandel collections in SoCal. Join us on Mondays for our famous Fried Chicken. Check us regularly for new specials and upcoming events.

"So many good items to choose from. Cauliflower and lamb meatballs were the favorite. Hard to go wrong with either the drinks or the food available. Only bad thing I could say is that the wait staff needs to ask if you are done with your dish before picking it up. A little to eager to clear the table. The dishes we had were good to the last bite! I would recommend eating at Crush to anyone. Great food and drinks."

The newest restaurant to open at Town Square serving authentic southern style barbecue with a contemporary twist. Pot Liquor CAS (short for Contemporary American Smokehouse), which derived its name from the broth rendered from boiling collard greens with smoked meats or salt pork, is the creation of restaurateurs Flip Arbelaez and Doug Bell. Pot Liquor CAS offers regional barbecue favorites like Memphis style dry-rubbed spare ribs and savory mopped baby backs. Kansas City burnt-ends, Carolina pulled pork and Texas style beef brisket make for a true tour of the American barbecue belt.

"Went here on a Saturday after seeing the "Coming Soon" sign at Townsquare for so long. Was not dissapointed. Great BBQ. We tried the boiled peanut hummus. Very close to regular chic-pea hummus and very good. Innovative and tasty. Then we had the BBQ platter which had sausage, beef ribs, pork ribs and pulled pork. All were very good. The pulled pork was delicious. You get 4 types of sauce and I think the Alabama White Sauce was the best. Had only heard about from TV so seeing it there on the plate made it enticining to try, and then once tasted, it was the favorite at the table! They also offer a happy hour and a Sunday brunch which both look great. We look forward to going back there soon and trying more of the menu. If you find yourself hungry and at TownSquare, go over and sit down for food at Pot Liquor!"
