"Great seasonal salad specials. The Cobb salad was light and amazing. Nothing like a regular Cobb salad. I highly recommend."

Alfred Portale, chef and owner of perennial New York City favorite Gotham Bar and Grill, is among the culinary leaders featured at Fontainebleau Miami Beach. Gotham Steak, encompasses two-levels with indoor and al fresco dining. Portale’s menu expands beyond modern American steakhouse fare to include fresh seafood, specialty cuts of meat and 500+ wines from around the world. Design highlights include a brilliant chandelier of hand-blown glass, an open exhibition kitchen and a two-level, glass-enclosed wine tower.

Gotham Steak’s accessible cuisine appeals to both youthful diners looking for adventurous food and distinguished guests who appreciate time-honored cooking.

To complement our wine list, there is a $30 corkage fee (per 750 ML) for two bottles and $70 for any additional bottle (per 750 ML).

Situated in the heart of the upscale Chevy Chase shopping district, the decor of this two-level restaurant celebrates the golden age of travel with steamships, planes, and the famed Orient Express rail line. Chef Derrick Jackson uses flavorful, fresh ingredients to prepare American-style cuisine in the Travel Rooms on the main level, or in the casual atmosphere of the downstairs Race Bar and Dining Room. Bar on main level, and a new outside bar and dining area.

Sparkling French Mediterranean cuisine is presented in a chic, two-level restaurant situated beach and poolside, with sweeping views of the ocean and great sunset vistas.

Inspired by the lifestyle of the Côte d’Azur, the ambiance is both laid-back and lively. Enjoy the unspoiled, simple dishes of the South of France - tapas-style starters of seared Haloumi cheese, raw bar selections, a signature salad of octopus confit, vegetable pissaladiere, lobster thermidor and hanger steak fresh off a sizzling grill. Addictive desserts and fashionable cocktails round out the experience.

To complement our wine list, there is a $30 corkage fee (per 750 ML) for two bottles and $70 for any additional bottle (per 750 ML).

"We had a nice dinner, very laid back on the beach. surf and turf was good and mushrooms were a standout. The service was good. We chose the top deck which was windy in the evening but very nice."

Situated in an old church on lower Westheimer in Houston, Mark Cox, chef and owner of his namesake restaurant, Mark's, has given Houstonians, who have anxiously awaited his debut for years, a thoroughly unique dining experience.

Offering Cox's own brand of American progressive cuisine, Mark's menu encompasses inspirations from many distant lands, indicative of America's true melting pot heritage. You'll find diverse styles of food are not intermingled in one dish, but rather American regional ingredients are fashioned in such a manner as to be reminiscent of a single culture's fare. Whether it's Asian or Italian food you crave, Mark's takes you there and back, with taste sensations which echo the authentic food of that land, coupled with Cox's own unrivaled American touch.
"Our lunch was very good, I wish the service had been faster so we could have had it sooner. The slow service kept us from ordering dessert. The delay before being able to order lunch was so long (over 40 minutes)."
