La Bottega is open for breakfast, lunch, dinner, weekend brunch, as well as drinks and appetizers.
The Trattoría, located on the north side of 9th Avenue has a full food and bar menu, and has a wood burning oven for delicious pizzas. The Caffé is located on the south side of 9th Avenue and has an additional bar and Caffé food menu. The outdoor patio has two sections- the Trattoria side for dining, and the Caffé side for drinks and lighter fare. During the colder seasons the perimeter of the patio is enclosed for greenhouse seating.
Reservations are accepted for the indoor dining room. During the summer, the outdoor patio does not accept reservations; walk-in guests are seated.

"When the service here is good it's fabulous! Unfortunately it's very inconsistent! I have had great service here. Average service.
Then I have had horrible service here. I really hope they get their act together and pay attention to the servers they hire. My friends and I love this place when it's good, it's great!

North River is a restaurant in New York City's East Village serving modern New York State fare. Named for the Hudson—the waterway that for so long, has brought so much worth eating to New York City—North River pulls the very best produce, dairy, fish, and meat from our neighbors and turns it into dinner nightly. (And into brunch on the weekends.)

Our cocktails are rooted in American classics from a simpler time, but have modern elements, shaken and stirred to impress and/or intoxicate. There is beer and wine too.

Our dining room is casual and our service educated, a balance we look to strike in all things we do.
Blue Water Grill, a Zagat favorite year over year, is a seafood and sushi dining destination in the heart of Union Square. Loyal guests and visitors alike are drawn to the former Metropolitan Bank space with chandeliers that illuminate the bi-level dining room, a café perfect for people-watching and a lower level lounge and dining room with live music 7 nights a week. The menu highlights the freshest seafood daily, with innovative offerings at the Sushi Bar and composed dishes coming out of the kitchen. Blue Water Grill is also known for Sunday Brunch overlooking the Union Square Greenmarket.

An American Restaurant & Bar at the Jade Hotel Greenwich Village.

Grape & Vine is a vibrant American restaurant and bar serving artisanal, market-driven fare in an elegant, cosmopolitan setting reminiscent of 1920's speakeasy.

A little history: The original Grape & Vine (the Grapevine) was located on the southeast corner of Sixth Avenue and 11th Street. It attracted artists, actors, litterateurs, businessmen and politicians. The Grapevine was such a gathering spot of conversation, that the phrase “I heard it through the grapevine” originated here. (It derives it's name from the fact that a grapevine used to cover the 11th Street side of the tavern.)

Manzanilla
Manzanilla
Contemporary Spanish cuisine by Dani Garcia

From the New York Times: "Yann de Rochefort, the owner of the Boqueria tapas bars, has joined with Dani Garcia, a Michelin two-star chef who owns Calima in Marbella, Spain, to create this spacious brasserie-style Spanish restaurant. It has an open kitchen and a look — a zigzag-pattern stone floor and wooden latticework — that channels the decorative motifs of Andalusia, in southern Spain. There’s tomato tartare, smoked octopus, pork belly on brioche, black rice with seafood, suckling pig and a deep list of sherries." - Florence Fabricant

Looking for a fresh catch on the West Side? Discover Uncle Nick’s! He was one of the first in the 80's to bring fresh, moderately priced Greek food to Manhattan in family sized portions and has been there ever since. We're not fancy, we don't dim the lights and our dishes are made to eat not admire. But when you’re in the mood for a friendly, festive meal with lots of laughter, good spirits and generous portions of hearty Greek cooking, Uncle Nick's is the place for you. We're especially proud of our selection of dock fresh seafood, but if meats are your love, you won't find finer, more succulent dishes than ours. When you're in the mood to relax, your table is waiting. To Uncle Nick everyone is family and everyone gets the same warm welcome. When you’re in New York but your heart is in Greece, come join us at Uncle Nick's. It's a trip you won't soon forget.
