Perry’s on the Embarcadero is a sleek waterfront outpost of the Union Street original, following the same combination of all-American favorite fare and comfortable, welcoming service that Perry’s first made a San Francisco hallmark in 1969. The décor is warm – murals reminiscent of the memorabilia made famous on Union Street, combined with exposed brick walls, a wood-burning fireplace and breathtaking views of the Bay and the Bay Bridge.

Perry’s is known today, as much as ever, for its classic American food, its warm personable service and its fun, bustling bar. Perry's traditional yet innovative menu includes a wide variety of sandwiches, salads, pastas, steaks and grilled fresh fish. Perry’s on the Embarcadero is conveniently located in the heart of San Francisco’s bustling financial district, across the street from the Ferry Building, less than a mile from AT&T Park and easy to reach by public transportation from all over the city and the greater Bay Area.
"We stumbled upon Perry's after wandering along the piers all day. We had been vacationing in San Fran for a week, and literally had spent a fortune on dining out every night.
Perry's was a pleasant suprise. Adorable, quaint location right across from the water. The prices were fair and reasonable. Food was excellent, comfort food. Highly recommend.

Fang is the sister restaurant of wildly popular restaurant, House of Nanking. Fang embodies both modern and authentic Chinese cuisines in a fine dining setting serving traditional Chinese fare, dim sum, as well as "off the menu" innovative dishes for the adventurous. Chef Peter Fang believes that good-tasting food is universal and should not be bound by how dishes were made in the past. With Chef Peter’s trademark inventiveness and eye for quality, the menu evolves and changes based on seasonally fresh ingredients from the same local Chinatown markets Peter has visited for decades. For fresh seasonal Chinese food in an elegant and modern setting, visit Fang.

"We dined at FANG while vacationing in San Fran. We were looking for some excellent Chinese food while in the area. We got exactly that at FANG. Food aside, the service was DEPLORABLE. We were greeted by a woman who motioned for us to follow her. She stormed ahead, literally threw two menus on a table and pointed. About 2 minutes later, an older gentleman in a hoodie sweatshirt stood over us with a pad. Said nothing. I asked if he was looking to take our order, he stated "what you eat". So unfriendly. We were clearly not ready, as we had been there literally a minute. He looked angry and stormed off. I had to get up and go get him nearly 20 minutes later so we could place an order. Our food came out, out of order (I got soup, then entree, then appetizer). We never got the rice we ordered, even after I waived someone down. I had to beg the bartender for the two cokes we ordered. We would not recommend to anyone!"

"My boyfriend and I stumbled upon Tarla while vacationing in Sonoma and Napa. After an entire day of drinking wine, we were looking for a tasty, unique and satisfying meal. That is exactly what we found at Tarla. Nestled in downtown Napa, the prices were reasonable. The taste and quality of our food selections were amazing. We had the Greek trio dip platter to start, shared a soup of the day (cream of tomato--amazing!), then split chicken kebabs. Everything was outstanding and the service was superb. I dropped my napkin on the floor while dining---a server (not even ours!) came by with a new napkin got me."

Belden Taverna is an Italian Steakhouse. The cuisine is a memorable blend of bold flavors and elegant refinement. We serve contemporary American classics, beautiful Mediterranean themed salads, fresh seafood dishes and we use nothing but California farm fresh produce.

"My boyfriend and I selected Belden Taverna for our New Year's Eve meal while visiting San Fran from Florida. The Belden alley way was cute and quaint, filled with several adorable restaurants (including this one). I had requested a table outside--instead we were seated upstairs, inside. The service and meal started out great, then went downhill from there. We had the deviled eggs app--great taste!! Then thjngs went downhill. My salad (poached pear creation) was bitter, bizaree and not tasty. Our meals (my tortellini and mh boyfriends ravioli both arrived COLD. Our server never checked back--had to track down a bus boy to request that our meals be heated. Even heated--my tortellini was bland and not good. So disappointed. Even two free drinks from our sever didn't repair a bad meal. Needs improvement."
